Our home in the old town
We loved our stay here. Everything was close and convenient. While feeling in the center of the old town, it was quiet and peaceful for sleeping. This isn’t for the “party people”, but rather for those who want to feel part of the local culture and pace of life. The washing machine and kitchen made everything so easy!

kleine Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt
Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt von Nizza; einige Schritte von Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung scheint auf den Bildern grösser, als sie in Wirklichkeit ist. Sie ist mit allem eingerichtet was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt, Gläser, Geschirr, Töpfe: alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Bett ist schmal, aber Kissen und Matratze sind sehr gut. Die Agentur hat auf unsere Reklamation (Sauberkeit, Reparaturen) sofort reagiert und die Beanstandungen noch am gleichen Tag behoben.....herzlichen Dank für den ausgezeichneten Service. Die Klimaanlage war ein Segen. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt in Nizza sehr genossen. Die Stadt ist immer eine Reise wert. Wenn man eine so schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung hat, dann kann man die Ferien doppelt geniessen.

Ideal location for a great vacation
This apartment was very comfortable and convenient. Located in the old city, all the great restaurants, boulangeries, shops, Saleya market, the beach, and both tram lines are all only a minute or two walk away, yet it is quiet and peaceful here, not the party scene of the beach hotels. The apartment is impeccably clean, with great conveniences like air conditioning (absolutely necessary in the hot summer!), a dish washer, coffee maker, and clothes washing machine. The bed was very comfortable.

This is a fantastic location for Nice I would highly recommend it for that. They told me to drop off my luggage when I got there when I asked about early check in and when I got to location there was no one there I HAD A LOT OF LUGGAGE. This was not my only stop in South of France. After pounding on door a pissed off woman let us in with our luggage. Also the washer did not work and they were going to charge us for towels they ended up giving us two VERY SMALL THIN TOWELS after i bitched.

Un bon choix
Cette location est bien. Sa situation est excellente, proche des deux lignes de tramway et des bus. L’appartement est propre, de taille suffisante pour deux personnes. S’il est sombre, c’est lié à la structure du Vieux Nice. Par contre, il n’y a pas de parking, ni de garage. Idéal quand on vient à Nice en avion ou en train.

Plein centre du vieux nice
Très bel appartement en plein centre du vieux Nice. Idealement placé pour profiter de la ville et du bord de mer. Appartement refais à neuf recement et avec gout. Très bien équipé. Seul bémol lié au vieux nice : les fenêtres donnent sur une petite ruelle avec le mur de l'immeuble en face à 2m ce qui laisse passer difficilement la lumière mais cela peux certainement être un avantage l'été lorsque les températures sont hautes. Serviettes et draps fournis ce qui est très agréable.

L'appartement est bien situé, proche de tous les commerces du vieux Nice ! Tout était propre, les équipements étaient neufs et fonctionnaient bien. Merci pour la climatisation, même en septembre, c'était nécessaire ! Je recommande.

séjour à NICE
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé en plein centre ville, proche de toutes commodités à pied et disposant de tout le nécessaire pour y vivre sereinement. Y poser ses valises, c'est avant tout disposer d'un pied à terre confortable dans un quartier au charme typique tout en n'ayant pas les contrariétés d'un coeur de ville (tapage nocturne, bruits de circulation etc...) Voici une opportunité en or pour découvrir Nice et la vieille ville.
