The newly built, modern, lovingly furnished NOA 2 apartment suitable for families with children is located in Tar, a small town only 10 km away from Poreč. The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three neighboring structures that together form the residence. In the residences, there is a shared-use swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the games room for children and adults with pool table, flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs.
The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence. In the structure, there is a space for shared use with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the main building. Consisting of two bedrooms, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a bedroom with two single beds. The strong point of the town of Tar is the tranquility and being just a few kilometers from two renowned tourist centers such as Novigrad and Poreč. The Istralandia water park just 12 km away.
