Super trotz einiger Unannehmlichkeiten

Leider fanden in der Seitenstraße größere Strassenarbeiten statt, so dass beim Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse mit Ruhe nicht zu rechnen war. Dadurch gab es auch ab und zu kein Wasser, was wir aber immer in den Griff bekommen haben. Der Vermieter hatte uns dies mitgeteilt und wir hatten uns trotzdem entschlossen, diesen Urlaub anzutreten und haben es auch nicht bereut.

Kurzurlaub

Gute Lage, Sauber, sogar Frische Schwämme und Lappen wurde parat gelegt. An- und Abreise verliefen reibungslos. Schöne Terrasse.

Anlagenbewertung und Betreuung

Wie bereits im Vorjahr 2022 beschrieben ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und dem entsprechend muß man Abstriche machen. Der Verwalter war telef. immer erreichbar und bei Bedarf zeitnah vor Ort. Ansonsten ist es für Urlauber, die Abstriche akzeptieren ein schöner Aufenthaltsort. Mit freudlichem Gruß Monika und Alfred

Perfect location

The property was just as described in the text. It is a little dated in the Spanish style, but that adds to its appeal. It has a beautiful garden and a feeling of space. It has all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Location was perfect!

Wir müssen sagen, dass das Haus zwar älter ist, aber alles ist gepflegt und über die Dinge, welche uns zur Verfügung standen, waren wir sehr erstaunt. Bestens ausgestattet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall, wenn es uns gelingt, noch einmal dort Urlaub machen. Einer unserer schönsten Urlaub, obwohl wir schon seit 50 Jahren dort in der Gegend Urlaub machen.

Für Familie geeignet

Nach der letzten Bewertung hatte ich echt bisschen Angst was uns erwartet. Vor Ort waren wir aber überaus positiv überrascht. Lage und Garten sind ein Traum. Es ist alles vorhanden, inkl. Waschmaschine. Die Betten waren bequem und auch in der Küche hatte es alles. Das einzige was uns nicht gefiel und auch mit Kleinkind schwierig ist: die alte verkratzte, raue Badewanne. Preis Leistung stimmt aber trotzdem voll und ganz und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war super. Würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen:)

Nicht zu empfehlen

Aus verschiedenen Gründen sind wir vorzeitig abgereist: Aus dem Gasherd trat Gas aus, Putz bröckelte z.T. von der Wand, die Badewanne ist so alt, dass sie nicht mehr sauber zu kriegen ist, die Töpfe klebrig und dann kam auch noch unangekündigt der Gärtner zum Rasenmähen. Abgerundet wurde der Eindruck von einem Werbe-tischkalender von 'pest control'. Sehr schade, denn Potential für einen schönen Aufenthalt hat das Häuschen (sofern man sich auf das Bling-Bling von Marbella einlassen möchte)

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

Das Objekt ist leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber bei nicht zu hohen Ansprüchen akzeptabel. Der Verwalter war jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hat sich bei Problemen persönlich eingesetzt. Wir werden versuchen, das Opjekt 2023 nochmals anzumieten.

Estancia súper agradable y cómoda

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en esta casita. Tiene un jardín bastante amplio en el que da el sol la mayor parte del día, además de porche en el que puedes hacer barbacoas y comer al aire libre. El interior de la casa está muy bien distribuido y las camas son comodísimas. La ubicación de 10, en una urbanización muy agradable, a 5 minutos andando de la playa y 5 en coche del Mercadona para compras grandes. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días tranquilos sin la sensación de estar totalmente aislado y lejos de todo. Volveremos seguro

Perfekter Urlaub

Unser Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus war rundherum perfekt. Angefangen mit dem freundlichem Empfang vom Verwalter, das Haus, sowie dem wunderschönen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund "Pacco" auch.
