Renovated in 2006 from the scratch, the former 'maso' (summer house used for farming) has won an architectural award. The property is located approx. 900m above sea level by the woods with the view of 2300m tall chain of mountains Ortigara. 8000 m2 huge private meadows. Fully furnished new living area 100sq.m on two storey plus gallery. Large living room with kitchen (35 sq.m) in the ground floor with fitted kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher. Separate store room with washing machine and two bathrooms. Upstairs there is a living room (35 sq.m) with double sleeping couch and bedroom (15 m2). Gallery under the roof with additional double bed. Large terrace with constructed grill. Electric hot water, heater with kitchen stove that burns with wood, a modern wooden oven with viewing panel and an open fireplace. Access along an 800m forest road (no snow clearance). You can reach the village in 10 minutes by walk through a steep forest trail. No television.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus abseits und ruhig gelegen
Wir hatten das Haus über die Weihnachtszeit gemietet. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben immer sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Der Check in verlief super, die Küche hatte alle wichtigen Utensilien und vor allem der obere Raum war sehr gemütlich. Unser Hund hat sich auf dem weitläufigen Gelände sehr wohl gefühlt und man kann direkt loswanden. Wer es einsam und ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage für Wanderungen
Wir hatten tolle Tage im Haus, herzlicher Empfang und das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben den Kamin gebraucht, weil wir einige kalte Tage erwischt haben, aber es ist alles Nötige da um sich warm zu halten. Man kann sowohl kürzere als auch lange und mit vielen Höhenmetern gespickte Wanderungen direkt am Haus starten und hat zudem unglaublich viel Auswahl an Wanderungen in der direkten Umgebung bei 20-30min Autofahrt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, wir konnten ihm auf der Wiese rennen lassen und die italienischen Wanderer waren alle sehr offen für Hunde.

Beautiful and peaceful house
We had a lovely week in this comfortable house. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. Because it is situated at the end of the driveway, halfway on the mountain, only some bikers and hikers go past this house. Perfect for our dog. The beautiful garden with lots of wild flowers is not fenced off, but on a long line she could roam around. With only the 2 of us and the dog, we had lots of room in the house. But with more people of would have been spacious enough too. All week it was 30+ degrees, but the house stayed cool. You might need some spray against the mosquitoes because of the rain and the warmth of the last weeks, they were ever present. (with me at least, with my husband not so much ;-) Without wifi and TV (but with good 4G) is was a quiet week where we could unwind. Just what we needed. The welcome, in our case by the sister of the owner, was warm. All contact with owners is pleasant.

Sehr schön renoviertes und liebevoll möbliertes Haus in toller Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten direkt vom Haus aus oder nach kurzer Fahrt (danke für die sorgfältig zusammengestellten Tipps!).

Wir genossen eine super Woche an diesem tollen Ort. Wir wurden von Donatella herzlich begrüsst. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Umschwung einfach toll. Auch für unseren Hund Lilly war es genial. Wir kommen wieder!

A wonderful place
We had wonderful holidays in such a beautiful place, so quietly situated - pure nature! The maso has been beautifully renovated. It is spacious and clean. It was a perfect vacation for us and our dog - we will definitely be back.

Wundervolles Haus in toller Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Haus sehr genossen. Eine wunderbare Atmosphäre in wunderbarer Natur. In sehr ruhiger Alleinlage (traumhaft!) und trotzdem kommt man fußläufig zum nächsten Ort, um Brötchen und Kleinigkeiten im Supermarkt zu besorgen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man kann ein paar schöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung unternehmen, aber auch die Ausflüge nach Venedig,Trento und der Radweg am Ufer des Brenta haben sich gelohnt. Die Hunde haben sich sowohl im Haus als auch auf der weitläufigen Bergwiese sehr wohl gefühlt und ihre Freiheit dort ausgiebig genossen. Besonders schön war der offene Kamin im EG und die große Feuerschale vorm Haus, wo man die vor Ort gesammelten Maronen gleich im Feuer garen konnte! Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort, um ohne TV und Internet zu entspannen, zur Ruhe zu kommen und ganz nah an der Natur zu sein! Vielen Dank an Donatella für ihre nette und hilfsbereite Art und die unkomplizierten An- und Abreisemodalitäten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Ort zum Sein
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit an einem wunderbaren Ort. Das Haus ist sehr schön, individuell und gemütlich. Es ist einfach alles da was man für ein paar Tage fern ab von der Hektik des Alltags braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist großartig, Natur rings um, viel Raum und Ruhe. Wir danken den Gastgeber*innen dafür, dass wir ihr Haus nutzen durften. Wir haben uns von Anfang an Willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Geschmackvoll restaurierter Maso im Valsugana Tal
Der Maso, der über einen Forstweg zu erreichen ist, liegt idyllisch gelegen oberhalb von Samone. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es ist wunderbarer ruhiger Ort auf den man sich nach den Ausflügen im Valsugana Tal freut, und wo man den Abend draußen am offenen Feuer ausklingen lassen kann. Die Familien Schmidt und Parotto waren sehr herzlich und zuverlässig. Wir behalten das Haus, die Menschen in Samone und unsere Ausflüge in bester Erinnerung und hoffen eines Tages wiederzukommen.

Immer noch wunderbar
Wir hatten eine wundeschöne, ruhige Zeit. Nach neun Jahren fanden wir wieder die Ruhe und Entspannung an die wir uns erinnerten. Symbolisch für den Aufenthalt war die Uhr ohne Zeiger über der Küchenzeile - Erholung pur. Vielen Dank für alles und bis bald (und hoffentlich nicht erst neun Jahren ;)

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit unseren beiden 8-jährigen Söhnen verbracht, die voller Begeisterung die große Wiese sowie den angrenzenden Wald rund um das traumhaft gelegene und mit viel Liebe zum künstlerischen Detail eingerichtete Haus erkundet haben. Der Empfang durch Donatella war sehr herzlich und die vorliegenden Informationen im Haus, haben uns sehr geholfen, eine unvergessliche Zeit im Trentino zu erleben. Ob Kunst und Kultur in Trient, Rovereto und Venedig (alles bestens per Bahn zu erreichen), Wanderungen in traumhaft schöner Natur oder Abkühlung im Schwimmbad von Strigno und den nahen Seen: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir wären zu gern noch länger geblieben.

Einfach toll!
Die Woche im Maso war einfach traumhaft, es ist wirklich ein ganz besonderes Objekt. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Donatella war sehr herzlich, die Informationen, die von den Vermietern liebevoll zusammengetragen wurden, habe ich in der Form auch noch nicht erlebt. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus in einsamer Lage
Sehr schönes und großes Haus in etwas abgelegener, aber recht schnell erreichbarer Lage im Wald oberhalb von Samone. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schöne Stube mit Küche im EG und toller, großer Wohnraum im 1. OG. Großes Hanggrundstück. Heizung nur mit Holzöfen bzw. offenem Kamin. Wir hatten im November eine tolle Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern (2, 4, 7) dort. Achtung: Kleinkinder müssen sicher Treppe gehen können, sonst Gefahr!
