Small detached house (22 sqm) with covered terrace (8 sqm) in a quiet residential area with partial view on the lake and mountains, consisting of living /sleeping room with double bed  (160 ×200 cm), small separate kitchen with 4 plate cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine; separate bathroom with large bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. Washing machine, dryer, ironing, BBQ, hairdryer, available on  request.  Direct access to the garden. 5 minute walk to bus stop Minusio Locarno, supermarkets, bank, restaurants, etc ; 15 minute walk to the lake,  20 minute walk to Locarno railway station  (7 min with bus no. 1). Non smoking property,  no animals allowed. Free WLAN.  We speak English, French,  German and Italian. Not very convenient for children. No room for an additional bed.
