This modern apartment, conveniently located near the slopes, offers a cozy retreat after a day on the mountain. Relax on the comfortable couch and enjoy Netflix on the Smart TV, or take in the stunning views of the valley from the charming balcony. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, and freezer, with a filter coffee machine for your morning brew. The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and another with a bunk bed. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink.

The high-altitude hiking trail and the mountain bike arena are right outside the door. This apartment is located in a quiet residential area - to the adventure mountain cap with the bobsleigh run, the bike park, the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest is just a few meters. The center with its numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. A free bus will also take you to the center. In terms of culinary delights, you will find the right thing for every taste in Winterberg. There are various supermarkets for your physical well-being. Shopping is not neglected here either. You will find many boutiques in the city. Cafes, small pubs and eateries invite you to enjoy. At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
