Each apartment has a large balcony overlooking the pool and playground. In the fully fenced garden area you will find a number of additional attractions such as four barbecue areas, two playgrounds, and in the summer a pool with an area of 30m2. There is a parking lot for customers next to the house.

There are a total of eight apartments in the building: They are all perfectly prepared to accommodate both large groups of friends and families with children. This apartment for four persons has a living area of 30 m².
