Excellent accommodation in a beautiful region
A very enjoyable stay in a peaceful and picturesque area ideal for visiting the national park and surrounding towns. The ground floor flat was clean and in very good condition, with all faculties and appliances needed. Walter was a very friendly, polite and helpful host.

A quiet stay over New Year's Eve
Walter and Rita were kind and helpful in all possible ways. We learned about the history of the place, and everything was really speckles and in very good order. We loved the very well equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, water cooker, good knives and pots, and all other amenities one might need, plus info material on the region for all wishes. We liked the neighbourhood which is great for walks through nature. Our favorite attraction in proximity was the Three Countries Point and the maze there. If there's one thing missing in Steckenborn, it's the shopping and dining options in the village. Not an issue for us, as we brought all we needed.

Schöne Unterkunft, man kann von dort aus viele Erlebnisziele erreichen, oder einfach von der Ferienwohnung aus loswandern !Wir wünschen Fam. Greuel alles Gute fürs neue Jahr !!

Perfekt! Unterkunft so schön wie die Eifel!
Die Ferienwohnung "Buchfink" in Steckenborn übertraf unsere Erwartungen! Sie war sauber und ordentlich, vor allem war sie perfekt eingerichtet. Nix fehlte. Parkplätze 30 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Wenn es Fragen gab, halfen die äußerst freundlichen Quartiergeber. Sie stellten dazu viele Eifel-Infos zur Verfügung.

Wir war mehr als zufrieden mit dieser sehr gemütlichen und neuwertigen Ferienwohnung. Der Gastgeber hat uns Abends sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns die Ferienwohnung gezeigt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Nachfragen und fehlendem Equipmen

Alles voorhanden, schoon en vriendelijk
Voor grote data verwerking zoals netflix of komoot werkt de wifi niet goed. Alleen buiten. Fijne douche, goed bed, alles aanwezig in de keuken, zelfs oven en scherpe messen, goede pannen met anti aanbak laag. Ook zitje buiten. Gastheer en vrouw zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie uitvalbasis om te wandelen en te fietsen

Kurzurlaub mit 4jährigem Enkel
Wir wurden sehr nett von Walter empfangen, der uns die Wohnung zeigte und auch persönliches dazu erzählte. In der sehr sauberen und behaglich eingerichteten FeWo mit liebe zum Detail fühlten wir uns direkt wohl. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir einen ruhiger gelegenen Außenbereich vermisst. Die Sitzgelegenheit befindet sich im kleinen Vorgarten an der Ortsdurchfahrt, abgetrennt durch eine niedrige Hecke. Deshalb ein Stern weniger von uns. Dennoch würden wir für ein verlängertes Wochenende wieder diese charmante Wohnung mieten.

Urlaub in der Eifel
der Aufenthalt war Super, der Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit, Einstellplätze für die Räder wurden bereitgestellt, Lademöglichkeit angeboten, einfach SUPER und sehr herzlich, besten Dank für alles, Wetter hat gepasst, wir wurden nie verregnet, sehr viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen, mit dem Rad, zu Fuss oder mit dem PKW. Haben mit dem Rad in drei Ausflügen ca. 200km gemacht, bei den Wanderungen sind die Kilometer nicht erfasst worden..... aber es waren sind auch einige... Monschau oder Aachen sind fast um die Ecke und in kurzer Zeit gut erreichbar, die Eifel und der Nationalpark Eifel, das erste, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal....
