Les Marines 7 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises.
