Im Großen und Ganzen gut, aber …
Apartment ist gut gelegen und in gutem Zustand, jedoch scheint es in der letzten Zeit (ein, 2 Jahre) nicht mehr gepflegt worden zu sein. Ein paar Wohzimmermöbel sind neu, Küchenutensilien auch, aber die Betten (Schrankbetten, mindestens 20 Jahre alt) knarzen so laut, dass zwei Personen sich gegenseitig aufwecken. Matratzen ok. Küche und Bad waren blitzsauber, der Rest war sehr staubig, der Teppich ist kurz vor eklig - unser Kleinkind mit dunklen Klamotten und feuchten Händen sah nach 2 Meter krabbeln aus wie geteert und gefedert. Entweder Hundehaare oder der Läufer fusselt, sehr unschön. Der Staubsauger ist mindestens 25 Jahre alt und kann seinen Dienst nicht tun - was man merkt. Nach einer Grundreinigung und mit ein paar wenigen 100 Euro könnte man die Wohnung in einen perfekten Zustand versetzen - müsste man nur machen. Es entstand ein wenig der Eindruck, dass man darauf verzichtet, da die Wohnung dank der super Lage sowieso immer vermietet wird. Schade eigentlich.
