Enjoy your relaxing vacation in the vacation park OstseeRessortOlpenitz. Only a few meters from the Baltic Sea and the beautiful sandy beach lies the beautiful vacation home "Cliff" in Scandinavian style. Enjoy the beautiful view over the landscape.

On the first floor of the house are two of the total of three bedrooms and the large, loft-like living and dining area. The high ceiling and large panoramic windows provide especially much light incidence and a spacious living feeling. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a sauna and a shower. Here you can relax and refresh yourself after a long walk on the Baltic Sea. Afterwards, the fireplace stove provides cozy warmth and comfort.

On the beautiful terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day long without interruption and relax wonderfully.

Thanks to the flexible price system, you can find offers for all budgets and vacation forms, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a break in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.
Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half-year; in the winter half-year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.

Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Gutes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus an sich war in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand, lediglich wurden nicht alle Bereiche vor Bezug zu 100% genau gereinigt. Hier hab es wohl kurzfristig Personalausfälle. Die Lage an sich im mittleren Bereich war sehr zentral. Der Baulärm wochentags ab 07 Uhr war mehr als deutlich zu vernehmen, wurde allerdings vorher zumindest kommuniziert. Es wäre schön, wenn etwas mehr Pflanzen/Büsche/Bäume die Privatsphäre rund um die Sitzecke/Terrasse schützen könnte. Im erweiterten Bereich der Anlage wäre es noch schön gewesen, wenn man die Molen hätte betreten dürfen. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderbares Haus in monströser Umgebung

Wir waren 6 erwachsene Personen und benötigten drei Schlafzimmer. Daher stießen wir ziemlich schnell auf ein Haus im OstseeResort Olpenitz. Das Haus selbst war wunderschön, tolles Ambiente, Sauna, hell und luftig. Danke an die Gastgeber! Das OstseeResort Olpenitz allerdings ist eine Monstrosität, die aus ökologischer, sozialer und gesellschaftlicher Hinsicht abgeschafft gehört. Der Gedanke, dass weitere solcher Ferienanlagen in Deutschland die Landschaft verschandeln werden, ist unglaublich. Amerikanisches Vorstadtfeeling trifft monströse Villen direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Wenigstens Solardächer hätte man flächendeckend installieren können! Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Nahverkehrsnetz ist eine Katastrophe. Auch wenn das Haus wunderhübsch war: Nie wieder!

Urlaubsort im Entstehen

Resort im Aufbau, hat noch deutlichen Baustellencharakter, aber in unserem Haus halten sich Beeinträchtigungen in Grenzen. Haus sehr gemütlich, gute Einteilung. Beleuchtung ist optimierbar. Internetverbindung bricht oft weg, Techniker kommt schnell und ist kompetent, Problem liegt bei Telekom. Wünschenswert wäre ein kleiner Abstellschuppen für Fahrräder, wie er an einigen Fehäusern schon steht. Gerne wieder.
