Independent flat in a semi-detached villa on the first floor, surrounded by a large garden and an estate of about seven hectares, including cultivated fields. The house is composed of a large veranda, a spacious dining/living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds, a single bedroom, a bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms on the first floor (one of these in the double bedroom).
The dining living room consists of a sitting area with 2 sofas and a dining area with table and chairs and a furnished and equipped kitchen. The double bedroom consists of a bed, two bedside tables, a chair, an armchair and a wardrobe. The double room is composed of a bunk bed, bedside tables, desk and a wardrobe, the single room is composed of a single bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside table. All rooms overlook a beautiful terrace.
The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
Guest can also a washing machine and a barbecue, both shared.
The house is perfect for those who want a relaxing holiday in nature.
The village of Orosei is two minutes away and the nearest beach is less than 1 km away.
It is possible to organise scuba diving, walks on foot, by mountain bike, on horseback or quad bike, or tours of the gulf by boat or by hiring a rubber dinghy.
Not far from the house are the most beautiful beaches and oases on the east coast of Sardinia, but there are also opportunities to organise guided tours of the hinterland (in Ogliastra or Barbagia, which are about 50 km away). It is also possible to organise excursions along nature trails that allow you to visit monuments of Nuragic art and splendid caves (e.g. Ispinigoli, Bue marino, etc.).
It is possible to taste Sardinian cuisine in several restaurants in the village of Orosei and in nearby holiday farms.
In the village it is possible to visit some places of historical and artistic interest (e.g. "Sa preione vezza", the rectoral house "Su probanu", the tower and the church of S. Antonio, etc.), exhibitions and a characteristic museum. Especially in summer, various festivals and village fairs take place and pizzerias, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, pubs, handicrafts and typical products shops are open all year round.
