Fijn verblijf
De woning heeft een goede ligging, dichtbij alles. Fijn dat de supermarkt, restaurant en café lopend bereikbaar zijn. Om naar het centrum van Moraira te gaan is een auto wel aan te raden. Wat een leuk levendig stadje is dat! We hebben genoten van de baaien en stranden in de buurt, parkeren aldaar ging ook makkelijk. Het huis zelf is volgens beschrijving, het interieur is gedateerd (dat is op de foto’s te zien) maar wel schoon. Er is geen linnengoed aanwezig, dit is iets om vooraf rekening mee te houden of om met de eigenaar te bespreken. Hij is telefonisch goed bereikbaar. Hij woont op hetzelfde terrein maar dat heb je niet in de gaten. Er waren die periode veel muggen maar er zijn overal horren in het huis aanwezig. Gelukkig hadden we bij het zwembad daar veel minder last van, wat een heerlijk plekje is dat!

Wir hatten 14 Tage gebucht. Es war sehr schön. Das Haus ist im spanischen Stil eingerichtet. Nicht groß aber ausreichend. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist ein Highlight. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön mit ihren schönen Stränden und den vielen Palmen. Viel Grün und gute Straßen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Vacances entre amis
Belle maison, bien équipée. Deux niveaux chaque un avec sa salle de bain et sa cuisine. Idéal pour deux couples. Nous sommes bien appréciés la piscine, les trois terrasse et le barbecue. Nous sommes passés la bonne semaine.

Buen alojamiento, propietario desastroso
La situación y el alojamiento calidad precio esta muy bien. Lo malo es el propietario y su comportamiento. Viajamos con dos niños desde Madrid y salimos de madrugada para que se les hiciera más corto. Propuse al propietario entrar sobre las 11 o 12 de la mañana pero no consintió y nos hizo entrar a las 16:00 amenazando con cancelar la reserva el mismo día. La piscina olía muchisimo a cloro y a mis hijos les escozian los ojos y ante la poca disposición del propietario a hablar decidimos hacer un test de cloro, el pH estaba bajísimo y el cloro por las nubes. Se lo hicimos saber y depués de una discusión intentó arreglarlo echando sosa lo que dejó la piscina inservible durante un día y no solucionó nada. Nos hizo dejar el alojamiento a las 10:00 de la mañana y le vimos echando lejía a la piscina directamente de una garrafa sin dosificación ninguna. Lastima del propietario porque lo demás estaba bastante bien. Limpieza un poco mediocres.
