Private: natural state property 400 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. 5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 4.6 km, supermarket 7.7 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bus stop "Perledo" 2 km, railway station "Varenna" 3.7 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gittana" 5.7 km (small), park "Lido di Varenna" 4 km. Marina 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 48 km. Nearby attractions: Castello di Vezio, Villa Monastero, Villa Cipressi. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola.
