Das Ferienhaus ist insgesamt in einem verwohnten ungepflegten Zustand. Eine Grundreinigung ist dringend erforderlich. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche ist unterdurchschnittlich. Nur die Kaffeemaschine verdient einen Pluspunkt. Ein Teil der Möbel hat bereits "Sperrmüllniveau". Etliche Fenster öffnen/schließen nicht richtig und es zieht durch die Ritzen. Die Toiletten hatten nicht einmal Schlüssel zum abschließen. Den Zustand des Tischtennisraumes zu beschreiben, lohnt sich nicht - gruselig. Auf eine an den Vermieter gesendete Mängelliste wurde nicht reagiert. Die Heizung muss dringend gewartet werden, es gluckert, rauscht und zischt in den Leitungen. Einige kleinere Reparaturen/Handgriffe haben wir selber erledigt mit Unterstützung der Dame von der Schlüsselübergabe. Bei dieser Mietpreishöhe für eine Woche muss mehr geboten werden. Bei diesem Zustand ist allenfalls die Hälfte angemessen.

Großes Haus für Ruhe suchende
Ein sehr großes Haus, 4 Personen können problemlos dort unterkommen. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr ruhige Lage, Einkaufen nur mit Auto möglich. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet, aber alles ist sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt wohl in einem Funkloch, für keinen Anbieter gab es ein Signal. W-Lan ist leider auch nicht vorhanden, darum ist die Kommunikation dort schwierig.
