Shop 7 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Saint-Vincent-de-Connezac" 6 km, bathing lake "La Jemaye" 17 km. Riding stable 50 m. Nearby attractions: Brantôme 37 km, Bergerac 40 km, Neuvic (ferme à caviar) 7 km, Neuvic (ferme d'autruches) 7 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
"Les Virades", 4-room terraced house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: lounge with TV (flat screen). 1 open room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senséo) extra) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 15 m2, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the floors.

Propreté très en dessous du minimum

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans ce gîte, le temps de retrouver un autre logement. Propreté des literies, moisissures, four avec insectes morts, réfrigérateur non fonctionnel, vaisselle, ...: rien n'est à la hauteur. La consommation électrique et facturée en plus: 20KWh pour une nuit sans avoir allumer les chauffage ni prendre de douche???!!!! J'ai contacté le service client InterHome qui m'a remboursé mon séjour. C'est très dommage, car l'emplacement du gîte est très agréable.

Nous avons passé 6j très agréable en pleine nature, avec vu sur de très beaux cheveux, des chèvres, des poules et un coq. Les hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse, très à l'écoute et nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait leur connaissance. Nous garderons cette adresse et la conseillons vivement !
