This top-floor apartment offers a cozy and functional layout. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa that doubles as a one-person sofa bed and a smart TV. A sliding door opens to a spacious balcony equipped with patio furniture. The kitchen includes a microwave, stove, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an open wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A garage next to the house provides parking and space for bicycle storage.
 

The beautiful nature can be found in the immediate vicinity. Hop on your bike and tackle the challenging mountain bike trails, walk to Hillebach lake where you can water-ski, wakeboard, swim, play table tennis, volleyball and much more. Take a walk through the beautiful heath of Hochheide that turns pink-purple in autumn. In winter, it is a mecca for anyone who loves snow: cross-country skiing, sleighing, skiing in Niedersfeld or in Winterberg, where there is guaranteed snow (a 10-minute drive).
