Private: garden with lawn, swimming pool (3 x 6 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. Supermarket 2 km, bar 2 km, tram "Benidorm" 6 km, bus stop "Carrerfour (Finestrat)" 2 km, railway station "Alicante" 42 km, underground station "Benidorm" 6 km, ferry "Denia" 57 km, sandy beach "Playa Levante" 5 km.
