Cozy wooden house on large natural plot only 350 m from beautiful sandy beach and only 1.3 km from Dueodde golf course.
In the living room of the house you will most likely spend many cozy hours on the large sofa area. Here you can also listen to the radio or music and in winter enjoy the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the wood stove. Cooking is a joy in the open, well-equipped kitchen with accompanying dining area. In the bathroom there is a comfortable underfloor heating. The ceiling of the living room and kitchen is open to the gable, which creates a spacious and bright atmosphere.
The house has a sunny, partially covered wooden terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the other side of the house is another terrace with sun loungers. On the property around the house there is plenty of space for your children to play and romp.
A very short walk separates you from the sandy beach, making the vacation home a perfect base for a beach vacation. If you like golf, it's only 1.3 km to Dueodde golf course. The area offers great walks. The area is also great for walking. Nearby destinations include Dueodde lighthouse, Rokkestenen, Nexø, the charming towns of Snogebæk and Svaneke and many more. Children will hardly say no to a Krølle-Bølle ice cream, named after the island's national troll.
