Beautiful wooden house in idyllic location on large wooded lot.

The heart of the house is the combined living and dining room with open kitchen, where your vacation community can cook and relax. Here you can watch TV and listen to the radio, play games or chat and socialize. In winter you will enjoy the warmth of the wood stove and its cozy atmosphere. In the utility room you will find your washing machine.

For your vacation you will have a large, partially covered wooden terrace with a covered dining area. Here you will find, among other things, sun loungers and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, the fresh air and the tranquility of the surroundings with a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. The children can swing, or discover the large property while romping.

You live within walking distance of the beautiful and popular beach Dueodde, making it a sure destination for many a walk. The area offers several other beautiful walks - for example to the Dueodde lighthouse. Nearby other destinations are Rokkestenen, Nexø with its butterfly park or the charming Snogebæk, Svaneke etc.
