Pure relaxation - villa with pool for 6 persons

Villa Fuma is located in the small village of Golaš near the medieval town of Bale and only 15 km from Rovinj. The elaborately restored and extended stone house from the 19th century offers you a dreamlike view. On the first floor there is the living room with a large sofa bed, a large dining room, the kitchen with dishwasher and another bathroom with washing machine. The two air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and each has its own bathroom. From the terrace of both bedrooms you have a fantastic sea view.
Through the beautifully landscaped garden you reach the outdoor terrace by the pool. Here is of course also an outdoor grill available!
The special feature of the villa is the idyllic location in the quiet village of Golaš with views of olive groves and vineyards to the sea.

Wunderschöne Villa
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, ruhigen Urlaub in der Villa Fuma. Der Pool, die Aussenküche mit Grill(Gas und Kohle), der Garten( man konnte Tomaten,Gurken, Zucchini, Salat etc. selber ernten) war mega. Das Haus wurde mit ganz viel Liebe erbaut. Doris und Miljenko waren sehr nette Gastgeber. Der Strand war ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, man bekam dafür eine Karte zum kostenlosen Parken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in Bale. Gute Lage um nach Rovinj, Pula usw. zu gelangen. Wir können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Nicole S. Lesen Sie weniger

Ruhe und Entspannung in der Natur
Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch umgeben von Natur, das Grundstück ist schön angelegt mit eigenem kleinen Garten (Tomaten, Gurken, Zucchini, Kräuter). Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten am Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Rovinj oder Bale. Besonders herzlich wird man von Miljenko und Doris betreut. Wir können es jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe und Abstand vom Tourismus sucht.

Sauberes und ruhiges Ferienhaus in guter Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Dennoch erreicht man schnell umliegende Städte und Strände. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und super schnell erreichbar. Wir durften den Gemüsegarten nutzen und profitierten so von leckerem Gemüse und Kräutern.

Traumhafte Lage - ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Das schöne Ferienhaus liegt ganz wunderbar. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Weitblick sehr genossen. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Bale, wo es gute Restaurants und 2 Märkte zum Einkaufen gibt. Das Vermieterehepaar ist freundlich und unkompliziert - ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Wirklich die besten Voraussetzungen, um ein schöne und erholsame Zeit in Istrien zu verbringen.

Großartiges Haus!
Eines der wenigen Objekte, das in "Natur" noch besser ist als die normalerweise wohlwollenden Fotos. Die Sauberkeit im Haus, die Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber und der Pool lassen wirklich nahezu keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Vorschlag zur Verbesserung wäre eine umfangreichere Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck. Damit würde man sich den Spülgang nach jeder Mahlzeit sparen. Abgesehen davon ist dieses Haus absolut empfehlenswert.

Super saubere, moderne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft
Nach einem herzlichen Empfang haben wir eine Woche in Golas verbracht. Der Ort hat eine super Lage mit kurzen Fahrzeiten nach Rovinj, Strand und nahegelegene Städte. Die Unterkunft ist super modern ausgestattet und alles notwendige ist vor Ort. Das Highlight ist der große Pool mit Blick aufs Meer. Immer wieder gerne.

wunderschöner Urlaub!!! Wir kommen wieder!!!
Das Ferienhaus ist einfach perfekt, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besondere Highlights sind natürlich der Pool, der Garten mit eigenem angebauten Gemüse und die ruhige Lage des Hauses in Golaš. Auch die Nähe zum mittelalterlichen Städtchen Bale mit seinen netten kleinen Gassen, Restaurants und dem gut bestückten kleinen Supermarkt (mit eigener Metzgerei) haben wir sehr genossen. Großes Glück hatten wir auch mit unseren Vermietern Miljenko und Doris. Sie sind unwahrscheinlich herzlich, nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zu Ausflugszielen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Olivenöl) gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Miljenko und Doris und natürlich auch an Frau Muermans von Istramagica für die super Betreuung!
