Vacation house with pool in medieval Bale

Only a few minutes away from the old town of Bale and yet quietly located is the Casa Ninetta.
On the second floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and open, very well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower / WC. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. The large 3rd bedroom on the first floor of the house has a separate access and its own bathroom with shower /WC.
In addition to the 4x7 m outdoor pool, there is plenty of space to relax in the 600 m² enclosed garden. The barbecue area invites you to spend cozy evenings at the grill!
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. To the beaches of San Polo and Colone you can reach by bike or car within a few minutes.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub
Tolle Lage des Hauses, da mehrere Städte in Kürze erreicht werden können. Alles super zu erreichen !! Außerdem ist die kleine Stadt Bale selbst äußerst sehenswert, und wir konnten am stattfindenden Jazz-Konzert teilnehmen. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles perfekt ! Der Pool sowie der großzügige Tischtennis - und Billardraum wurde von uns oft genutzt. Zum Baden konnte der Strand vom ca. 6 km entfernten Campingplatz kostenlos mitbenutzt werden. Rundum ein gelungener schöner Urlaub

Das Haus Casa Ninetta ist ok. Der Ort Bale sehr schön
Wir waren 10 Tage im Haus Casa Ninetta und waren von dem Ort Bale begeistert. Sehr schnuckelige Gassen. Nicht überlaufen. Das Haus selbst war ok. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern nicht gut. Das eine knarzt bei jeder Bewegung und die Matratzen waren sehr schlecht. Total durchgelegen. Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, was in einem südlichen Urlaubsland eigentlich ein Muss sein sollte. Zum Glück hat es abends abgekühlt, somit konnten wir einigermaßen schlafen. Im Sommer wäre das definitiv zu warm ohne Klima. Die Liegen am Pool haben keine Auflagen ( wegen Corona 🤔) was doch mit der Zeit unbequem wurde. Haben uns dann in Rovinje Auflagen gekauft. Die Ausstattung in der Küche, Geschirr könnte erweitert werden. Für 6 Personen genau abgezählt. Mussten immer gleich die Spülmaschine anstellen, damit wir abends Teller und Tassen hatten. Und wir waren nur 4. Schön war der Grillplatz und der Raum mit dem Tischtennis und Billiard.

Fabulous property in a quiet village
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Ninetta. Franko, the owner, went out of his way to allow us to check in early and to show us around. The property was clean, well located and with excellent facilities. Bale is a pleasant, quiet village, situated well for trips by car to Rovinj, Porec and Pula.

Super schöne Villa mit allem drum und dran!
Sehr unkomplizierte Übergabe durch den Vermieter. Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viele Möglichkeiten sich rund um die Villa aufzuhalten. Entweder auf dem Balkon, am Pool oder in der überdachten Grillecke. Hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Heel leuk verblijf in een zeer aangename vakantiewoning
Zeer ruim verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles was in orde en gastheer was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het stadje is leuk en je hebt er alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Je geraakt ook heel gemakkelijk aan de zee met de wagen. Als je geen zin hebt om zelf te rijden, kan je ook de gratis touist train tot aan de camping nemen. Na 9 dagen hadden we jammer genoeg nog steeds niet alle restaurants in het dorp kunnen proberen.

In der Zeit vom 22.07 bis 05.08.2017 verbrachten wir zwei wundervolle Wochen in Bale im Casa Ninetta. Das Haus war, genau wie der hierzu gehörende Pool, ausgesprochen sauber und im perfekten Zustand. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Der Ort Bale ist klein und beschaulich. Ideal für Leute, die abseits vom Massentourismus Urlaub machen wollen. Dennoch hat das Örtchen durch seinen historischen Stadtkern und seine verwinkelten Gassen eine besondere Anziehungskraft. Der Strand ist zwar gut 6 Km entfernt, lässt sich aber durch den eigens hierfür eingerichteten kostenlosen "Strandzug" oder mit dem eigenen PKW erreichen. Dies war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Bale.
