Weihnachten in einer Ferienwohnung

Es ist mir vor Anreise nicht gelungen, die genaue Adresse der Ferienwohnung (Hausnummer) in Erfahrung zu bringen Wenn ich meine Kinder nicht dabei gehabt hätte, hätte ich Schwierigkeiten gehabt, im Dunklen den Hauseingang zu finden. Sie hatten glücklicherweise ein Foto der Buchung dabei und mit ein bisschen suchen, haben wir dann den Zugang zur Wohnung gefunden.Warum steht in der Beschreibung eigentlich nicht, dass diese im 2. Stock ist und nicht barrierefrei?Die Wohnung war gemütlich. Gestört hat uns lediglich, dass bei sämtlichen Bett-und Kissenbezügen die Reißverschlüsse kaputt waren und dass es in der kleinen Essecke (wie auf dem entsprechenden Foto zu sehen) keinen 2. Stuhl gab (wir waren sechs Personen).

Erfurt erleben

Es war ein schönes langes Wochenende in Erfurt. Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Innenstadt, so dass wir das Auto stehen gelassen haben und alles zu Fuß erkundet haben. Rundum ein gelungener Kurztrip. DWohnu g war u s vier Erwachsene

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden von der Wohnung selbst und der Lage. Schön wäre eine „normale“ Kaffeemaschine, die Kapseln sind zum einen nicht so leicht zu beschaffen, zum anderen aus Umweltsicht nicht so toll.

Klare Empfehlung

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief gut. Man trifft den Vermieter nicht, deshalb gibt es Schlüsselcodes, das hat alles gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist großartig, direkt an der Straßenbahn und in Laufdistanz zur City. Park mit Spielplatz ist in direkter Nähe. Tolles Objekt mit schöner Einrichtung, wirklich sehr durchdacht. Es ist eine FeWo deshalb ist das eine oder andere nicht top in Stand (In der Küche war nicht alles ganz sauber, Wände mit Fleckchen, nicht alle Bettbezüge konnten geschlossen werden). Badezimmer ist ein Highlight, sehr sauber. Babybett wurde bereitgestellt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können das für Familien, Freunde und Paare klar empfehlen.

Große ruhige Wohnung mit Parkplatz - perfekt!

Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeder Menge Stauraum, ein sehr geräumiges Bad, eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Alles war blitzsauber, WLAN funktionierte prima und der Zugang über die Nummern-Codes war sehr praktisch. Die Straßenbahn ist "um die Ecke" und man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Erfurt. Es ist eine ruhige Wohnung, alle Fenster lassen sich mit elektrischen Rolläden verdunkeln. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war überaus nett. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung!

Einzigartige Unterkunft mit hochwertiger Ausstattung in exzellenter Lage

Interessante Wohnung mit hochwertigen Details in einem alten Speicher inmitten einer Ruheinsel am Rande der Altstadt. Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen in einem hübschen Viertel mit Park und Domplatz um die Ecke. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen dem Vermieter. Alles in allem top. Jederzeit würden wir wiederkommen :)))

Super appartement, super host!

We were lucky to have this appartement for our stay. It's very close to the center of the city, it's super clean, very cosy, very modern, very comfortable. The only thing that I would like to recommend to the host is to add more of cooking battery and crockery. We were with kids and we had to cook sometimes but the kitchen was missing some basic kitchen utensils (wooden spoon to avoid damaging a frying pan; a spatula to turn or mix food in the pan; a smaller water glasses (less than 0,5L); more solid garbage bin in the kitchen; bowls for breakfast). The vacuum cleaner would be a nice supplement too to have possibility clean the rooms of the appartement.
