Wir waren begeistert!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit allem drum und dran was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer/Vermieter die an alles gedacht haben, so das es an nichts fehlt. Alles sauber, gepflegt, komplett private Atmosphäre, eigene Terrasse. Das Städtchen Bale ist klein aber alles dafür fußläufig erreichbar, wie Altstadt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr ruhiger Standort und nette Menschen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Gastgeberin Sandra ist super nett und hilft sofort weiter. Hatte uns whattsapp-Kontakt gegeben, unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Sender für TV waren plötzlich weg, sie reagierte sofort und am nächsten Tag waren TV-Techniker vor ort! Klasse! Die Lage mit dem unverbauten Blick auf den Altstadt-Hügel von Bale ist unglaublich schön. Supermarkt, Cafe's und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ganz klar Empfehlung! Kommen wieder :-))

Urlaub für Ruhesuchende

Das Haus ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Alles gut eingerichtet. Was uns sehr gut gefahlen hat, dass man da eine private Atmosphere sehr gut genissen kann. Die Besitzer sind richtig nett und hilfsbereit. Sandra spricht richtig gut deutsch und gerne bereit jede Frage zu beanrworten. Einzige Nachteil an diesem Domezil ist, dass da kein Insektenschutz am Fenster exestiert. Die Mücken sind richtig lästig. Sonst hatten wir schönen Urlaub gehabt.

Traumhaftes Istrien

Alles war wie beschrieben.. die Terrasse war ein Schmuckstückmiteiner kleinen lounge, Liegen , Sonnenschirm, Neuer Grill sogar Grillkohle war vorhanden. .Bale Falle ist ein gemütlicher interessanter Ort mit toller istrischer Atmosphäre...die Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Essens Möglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft...zum Strand sind es ca 8km Fahrt . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr empfehlenswert 😊

In diesem wunderschönen Häuschen mit einem süßen Garten haben wir eine Woche verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und stehen für Fragen und Tipps jederzeit zur Verfügung. Schöne Strände genauso wie tolle Städte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bale ist ein wunderschönes, kleines Städtchen, in der man durch kleine Gassen spazieren gehen kann. Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefüllt und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Kleiner perfekter Ferienbungalow mit Gärtchen

Für uns und unsere Hündin Zaira war der kleine Bungalow die perfekte Wahl. Wir hatten unser eigenes kleines Häuschen und maximale Privacy. Perfekt ausgestattet, schöner Blick auf die Altstadt von Bale und Parkplatz am Haus. Die Vermieterin, die im Bereich Tourismus arbeitet, denkt an alles und ist schwer zu übertreffen. Schöne Trecking-Routen vom Haus aus, Restaurants und tolle Strände im Camp Mon Perin, die Perle von Istrien Rovinj mit dem Auto nur einen Sprung entfernt. Nochmals herzlichen Dank und wir kommen wieder...

Great location, excellent hosts and everything we needed for a super few days.

This apartment was all that we expected and more! Everything we needed had been provided and our hosts were keen to ensure that we did not want for anything. Although the apartment is spacious, we were fortunate to have excellent weather, which enabled us to make full use of the patio facilities (we had every meal outside). The view of the old town provides a very pleasant outlook and it all feels very private, despite being close to amenities, bars etc. The parking and pass card, provided, is also a great benefit especially when visiting the closest beaches. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property and would be happy to book again.

Sweet memories from bale

Excellent séjour chez Dinasco et Sandra, toujours aimables, agréables et disponibles.L'appartement est fonctionnel, confortable, calme et très bien placé, dans un village charmant et animé. Nous avons également apprécié l'usage du pass d'accès aux plages du camping situé à proximité de Bale et les nombreuses plages de Rovinj. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de belles vacances passées en Istrie parmi des gens réservés mais chaleureux. Serge Isabelle et Mathilde.

Gemütliche und komfortable Wohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit(+unser Hund )für 7 Tage gemietet. Unkomplizierte Anreise, sowie Check in und Check out. Parkplatz ist gleich neben dem Haus. Kleiner Laden für die nötigsten Einkäufe 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. 2 Restaurants und eine Bar gleich an der Straße-trotz diesen kein Lärm in der Wohnung zu hören. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und können diese Ferienwohnung gerne empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Schöne Ferienwohnung!

Klein, aber fein ... mit allem, was eine Ferienwohnung benötigt. Viel IKEA-Style, was aber nicht stört. Noch sehr neu, vor allem sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der Wohnung verlebt.

Klein aber Fein

Vorab muss man sagen, dass dieses Objekt im ersten Jahr zur Vermietung steht. Damit sind meine wenigen "Kritikpunkte" eher Konstruktiv gedacht. Wir haben dort 10 wunderbare Tage verbracht. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir anstatt um 15 Uhr bereits um 11 Uhr angekommen sind. Ansonsten hat sich der Vermieter , zu meinem Gefallen, eher unsichtbar gemacht, obwohl er direkt mit im Haus wohnte. Hat man jedoch Fragen, dann kann man jederzeit nachfragen und bekommt immer eine freundliche Antwort. Unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder durften wir in der privaten Garage unterbringen und haben für diese sogar einen Schlüssel bekommen. So nun aber zum Objekt selbst. Für mich war es ein süßes, kleines Apartment mit einem unbeschreiblichen Ausblick auf Bale. Auf der Terasse konnte man Abends bei einer Flasche Wein auch mal ganz schnell die Zeit vergessen...Ein Grill war leider noch nicht Vorort...Soll aber noch folgen. Jedoch darf gerne ein eigener Grill mitgebracht und genutzt werden. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern und liebevoll ausgestattet und lässt fast keine Wünsche über. 1-2 kleine Anregungen habe ich trotzdem. Leider finde ich den Schrank im Schlafzimmer etwas zu klein für 2 Personen, sodass man mehr oder weniger aus dem Koffer leben musste. Des weiteren fehlte mir persönlich ein Flaschenöffner, da man ja in einer Weinregion doch ganz gerne mal das ein oder andere Glas genießen möchte. Dieser musste von uns dann noch besorgt werden. Ausserdem fehlte mir eine Wäscheleine, sodass man sein Handtuch nach dem Strandbesuch einfach zum Trocken hätte aufhängen können. Dennoch kann ich dieses Objekt nur jedem ans Herz legen. Denn ich bin mir sicher, dass der Vermieter diese kleinen Verbesserungsvorschläge schnell umsetzen wird. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten ein SUPER Apartment!

Rundum glücklich!

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben an alles gedacht - vom Föhn bis zum Bügeleisen ist wirklich alles da. Eine wirklich sehr gute Klimaanlage hat uns nachts gut schlafen lassen, als uns einmal zu heiß war. Dank der gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir öfter mal selber gekocht und auf der schönen Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Altstadt von Bale diniert. Diverse Restaurants gibt es nur ein paar Schritte weiter - uns hat das Bembo am besten gefallen. Auch die Lage war für uns ideal: Von dem idyllischen Örtchen aus lassen sich wunderbare Ausflüge machen. Wir hatten die Räder mit und sind gleich nach der Ankunft abends noch kurz an den nächsten Strand. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Rovinj, wo man ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum aus viele unterschiedliche Badebuchten entdecken kann - oder gleich am Stadtstrand bleibt. Nach maximal 45-60 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im Osten oder an der Südspitze der Halbinsel. Super war auch die Bootstour mit Badestopps und der Beobachtung vor Delfinen, die wir vor Ort bei der Agentur Amfora gebucht haben. Fazit: Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Un piacevole soggiorno a Valle.

La casa è stata ristrutturata di recente, molto pulita e accogliente. Ha anche un piccolo giardino e l'entrata indipendente Aria condizionata e wi-fi. Il proprietario con noi è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Valle è un piccolo paese veramente pittoresco posizionato molto vicino al mare e non distante fa rovigno e Pola. Dalla nostra casa si poteva godere di un panorama invidiabile sul paese di Valle.
