Villa with large pool and stunning views
Only a few kilometres from Labin and the seaside resort of Rabac lies this modern villa with a magnificent view over the green hilly landscape of Istria all the way to the sea. On the first floor, the villa has a spacious living room with dining area and open, ultra-modern, perfectly equipped kitchen as well as a guest WC. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower/WC or bathtub/shower/WC. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV.
From the living room you have access to the large, covered terrace with the brick barbecue and the pool area. The highlight of the 38 m² pool is the infinity edge with a fantastic view as far as the sea. Here you can relax and unwind. Children are also well catered for, with a swing, table soccer, trampoline and darts.
The medieval town of Labin is only 3.3 km away and the famous tourist resort of Rabac with its beautiful pebble beaches is only 5.5 km away.
