This enchanting villa offers everything you could wish for a unforgettable vacation. The villa can accommodate up to 8+2 people in its 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and one with two single beds).

It has a beautiful open living / dining area and kitchen with balcony doors, from where you have direct access to the private pool and the whirlpool with massage jets and a beautiful garden. Indoors, there is a cozy relaxation room featuring a sauna. The pool heating is for both the pool and the whirlpool, meaning either both are heated or not. The pool/whirlpool heating is charged extra.

The very huge plot offers many opportunities for relaxation, whether you want to relax on one of the sun loungers next to the private pool or read a book on the bench in the garden. There is also a lot of fun for our small guests. The villa has a children's playground, trampoline, badminton, volleyball, and a basketball hoop. In the villa there is a pool table, darts and table football. Also, there is an electric car charger available at the property, the property is charging 0,30 EUR per kilowatt.

We had a great time at this Villa. Beautiful Pool and Whirlpool. Iva and her husband were so friendly and accommodating. It is perfect for familys, because there are a Trampolin, playground, goals, etc. Thank you for the nice stay!

Villa voorzien van alle comfort. Mooie rustige locatie. Hele huis voorzien van individueel regelbare airconditioning. Prachtig verwarmd zwembad. Waanzinnig grote tuin die omheind is, wel enkel dog proof voor grote honden.

Der super nette, freundliche immer hilfsbereite Kontakt zu Iwa (Besitzerin) Bei zwei der Duschen setzt man das Bad "unter Wasser", eine große Pfanne wäre nicht schlecht und eine genau Anleitung was Mülltrennung und abholzeiten betrifft

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in einer halben Stunde in Rovinj oder Porec usw. Das Haus ist sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Besitzerin Iva ist sehr sehr nett, jegliche Angelegenheiten unproblematisch.
