Villa with pool for 10 persons near Poreč
Villa Aurea Vallis is located in the small quiet village of Kukci, just a few kilometers from the tourist metropolis of Poreč and the sea. The spacious villa consists of two separate apartments. The apartment in the main wing has a large living and dining area with kitchen on the first floor, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the upper floor. There is also a sofa bed in the gallery. From here a staircase leads to the small, romantic lookout tower - here you can even enjoy a sea view.
The 2nd apartment is modernly furnished and also has a fully equipped kitchen. It also has another bedroom with bathroom.
Outside you will find a well-kept garden with Mediterranean flowers, a large sun terrace and a pool. Two large covered terraces offer shade on sunny, hot days.
The property is completely fenced. For your cars there are 2 parking spaces and two garages. Your dog is very welcome.
