In the resort 1.6 km from the centre of Nerja, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, depth 97 - 162 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Private: swimming pool heated (2 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: washing machine. Parking, single garage. Shop, grocery, supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 20 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, internet café 300 m, bicycle rental 500 m, pub garden 300 m, sandy beach "Burriana" 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
