This beautiful finca is situated in a dreamlike, quiet location with sweeping views of the hilly landscape. The architecturally exceptional property offers you every comfort you could wish for from your vacation home.
First floor:
The architecture of the finca is very special thanks to the arcades and the large windows. There is a large living and dining area with a chic, cozy seating area in front of a modern fireplace. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors and large windows make the living area bright and friendly. The adjoining dining area and the open, well-equipped kitchen with cooking island offer plenty of space for culinary experiments. There is a guest WC next to the kitchen and two bedrooms on this floor, each with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Almost every room in the house has a breathtaking view of the garden and the surrounding countryside.
Second floor:
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm). It is equipped with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The panoramic windows on this floor also offer a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape.
The entire house has underfloor heating so that it can also be rented in winter.
Outdoor area:
The finca is surrounded by a large garden with a well-tended lawn. There is a large covered terrace right next to the house with shady spots and various seating areas. From the terrace you have a great view of the rural surroundings and the large turquoise pool.
Pool:
4 m x 20 m, depth: 100 cm - 200 cm, stair access, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower by the pool, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request.
Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning incl. for stays of 10 days or more. Additional cleaning on request (120€/ incl. additional change of bed linen and towels 140€). The service is to be paid in cash on site.
