Small comfortable residence situated in the centre of Livigno within the pedestrian area and directly on the ski slopes at 50 metres from the new ski lift n. 25 "Tagliede". The residence is directly on the main street of the village where you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants and pubs. The bus stop, completely free of charge, is only a few metres away. (50 mt) The residence has a heated ski room and a large parking area. The flats have been completely renovated recently and consist of 3 / 4 beds. All the flats are pleasantly furnished in modern style, they have 1/2 rooms, living room with kitchenette equipped with induction plate, traditional oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, T.V. Sat, bathroom with shower and free WI-FI. Thanks to the presence in our family of a generation of 3 ski instructors working at the Central Ski School, it is possible to have information about individual or group lessons. We also have special agreements with shops, ski rental and with the restaurant/pizzeria which is right in front of our house. Bed linen and towels are included in the prices and are changed weekly.
