Classic Balka vacation home for those who want a "simple-living" vacation home in the middle of beautiful surroundings.
This cozy and bright vacation home is an ideal base for a vacation with many beach trips and discoveries around the island. It is a wonderful little home where you can enjoy the morning and breakfast in peace and quiet and later go to the beach or a nearby town. Later in the day you can start a series or movie marathon in all comfort.
The house has a winter garden with a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can also prepare delicious meals outdoors. In addition, a terrace heater will warm you up if you want to sit together late into the night on balmy summer evenings.
The house is located on a wooded natural plot, just 150 m from the beautiful sandy beach. You live only 500 m from charming Snogebæk, which is home to good restaurants and a wide variety of stores. If you drive south along the coast, you will come to Dueodde, where you can experience perhaps the most popular swimming beach and lighthouse on the island. If you head north, you will soon reach the charming town of Nexø.
