Unser Urlaub war schön, aber im Haus waren einige Gebrauchsspuren unübersehbar. Wir haben uns trotzdem im Haus wohlgefühlt.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Süßes kleines Häuschen in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Im Haus war alles notwendige vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Badestrand ist nicht weit entfernt, allerdings ziemlich klein. Die Putzfrau war wohl vor Anreise zwei Stunden im Haus beschäftigt, davon hat man leider nichts gesehen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit ein paar kleinen Abzügen

Die Lage und räumliche Aufteilung des Hauses sind super. Einen kleinen Abzug müssen wir geben, da es teilweise sauberer hätte sein können, das Abtropfgitter zum spülen war nicht nutzbar, beim Staubsauger gab es keinen Aufsatz zum saugen. Aber die Grundausstattung ist vorhanden und wir würden wieder kommen, da es ja echt nur Kleinigkeiten waren.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Super und Entspannter Urlaub. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und bot genug Platz. Der eingezäunten Garten rundete alles ab. Das Haus lag zentral zum Center ( Gastronomie, Bowling, Rezeption und Supermarkt) und der Yachthafen sowie die kleine Stadt Bruinisse waren Fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Aldi, Jumbo) für den täglichen Bedarf sind in ca. 5-10 Km mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad entspannt zu erreichen. Die Lage des Hauses bot außerdem auch schöne Ausflüge in die Umliegenden Städte wie Zierikzee, Goes, Middleburg oder Vlissingen, Renesse etc. Alles im allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Wir haben hier 1 Woche gut verbracht. Der Park und die Anlagen rundherum sind sehr schön. Das kann man vom Haus leider nicht behaupten. Es ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche ist uralt ,die Herdknöpfe total abgegriffen. Der Kühlschrank ein Witz. Der Knopf um die Temperatur einzustellen ab,das unterste Fach abgebrochen sodass man keine großen Flaschen einstellen kann. Das Besteck ,die Gläser,die Teller ect.habe ich zuerst mal gespült. An der Wand hing eine Grillzange noch voller Öl.Der Heizkörper in der Küche verdreckt .Im Bad darf man nur bei geschlossenem Fenster auf der Toilette sitzen denn sonst tropft einem das in der Doppelverglasung des Fensters stehende Wasser auf den Rücken . Terassenüberdachung wie bei allen Häusern ringsherum gibts nicht.Die Treppenstufenauflagen uralt und zerschlissen.Staub und Spinnenweben überall.Alles in allem alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Staubsauger verdient den Namen gar nicht.Wir fragen uns was mit den 50 Euro Endreinigung passiert. So oft wir schon in Ferienhäusern Urlaub verbracht haben,sowas hatten wir noch nie. Das Nachbarhaus war tipitopi renoviert,sauber mit überdachter Terrasse und das zum selben Preis.

Tolle Umgebung

Das Haus reicht für 4 Personen grade so, es ist ein wenig klein. Hier und da müsste mal Hand angelegt werden. Preis Leistung ist aber ok. Wir sind sehr gerne in bruinisse. Wird auch nicht unser letztes Mal gewesen sein.

Das Haus ist nicht sauber.

Wir wollten uns selbst verpflegen aber der Zustand des Herd ließ das nicht zu. Einfach zu übel dreckig. Der Herd ist eine Zumutung. Beim Backofen hängt die Dichtung lose herum. Die Bäder brauchen eine Grundreinigung. Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Senseo ist nicht vorhanden. Im Geschirrschrank sollte auch mal geputzt werden. Nie wieder dieses Haus.

Séjour dépaysant et reposant dans un village calme et charmant.

Nous sommes allés visiter Rotterdam, Amsterdam et Kinderdijk. Magnifiques paysages, petit village vacances parfait car calme et bien situé.

Familienurlaub

Gute Lage des Objekts, kurzer Weg zum Strand oder Supermarkt. Größe des Hauses für 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder okay. Ausstattung ebenfalls okay und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Leider etwas Sanierungsbedarf aber für den Preis absolut okay.

Netter Urlaubspark, nettes Haus

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, toll ist der eingezäunte Garten, ideal mit Hund. Leider ist die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit sehr weit entfernt, ohne Auto nicht machbar. Auch fehlt ein Strand und Bademöglichkeit. Man braucht für alles das Auto.
