For shared use: large terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 25 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's playground. In the house: lift. Parking on the premises. Supermarket, bar, bus stop 300 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia 6 km, Mundomar 6 km, Terra Mitica 4 km, Terra Natura 4 km, Alicante 45 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 58 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
