Our house is situated in the middle of the Gerlos Mountain on 850 metres altitude in a sunny, quiet location. The centre of the village Zell am Ziller is in 3 km distance and can be reached every hour by a public bus.

There runs a ski bus hourly to the three km away located lift station of the Zillertal arena, the largest ski area of the Zillertal. The bus stop is located directly in front of the house.

For an action-filled winter holidays, there are available many well maintained ski runs, where snow is guaranteed, as well as some toboggan runs.

For a planned summer holiday, there are some swimming baths and lakes in the direct neighbourhood available and a summer toboggan run in one of the most beautiful hiking areas of Tyrol complete the offered services. The house offers a new, fully equipped apartment for 4-10 persons.
