Beautiful, cosy, comfortable bungalow "La Alhambra". In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet position, 2.7 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (18 x 11 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, garden furniture. Private: garden with lawn and flowers. Garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bar 450 m, sandy beach "Marineta Casiana" 3 km. Sports harbour 3 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
