Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Fewo gefühlt. Unser Hund war auch ein gern gesehener Gast. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. WLAN war gut. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Bäcker ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und es wird schnell geantwortet. Gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der persönliche Kontakt zum Vermieter war von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt fast schon freundschaftlich. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die gute Betreuung.

Ein schönes Wochenende in einer gemütlichen Wohnung
Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist prima, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Kommunikation, Empfang und Abwicklung mit dem netten Vermieter waren super. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Geschäfte in der Nähe, dank der Empfehlungen des Vermieters sind wir sehr gut zurecht gekommen. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder, vielen Dank!

Goed en fijn. Het is een woonwijk, rustig, geen bijzonder mooi natuur, maar dicht bij kerstmakten (Oberhausen, Duisburg en Düsseldorf) Het appartement voldoet zeker aan alle behoeftes en is voorzien van de benodigdheden, netjes en schoon.

Liebevolle Begrüßung
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir bekamen am Tag der Anreise einen sehr netten Anruf von Herrn Simon. Unterwegs gab es viele Baustellen. Herr Simon hat uns vorab die bestmögliche Route durch gegeben. Vor Ort wurden wir von der super lieben und kuschligen Mona begrüßt (Bernersennen). Nach einer kurzen Kuschelrunde wurden wir direkt freundliche vom Vermiete begrüßt. Man zeigte und erklärte uns alles. Die Unterkunft war eine sehr saubere Dachgeschosswohnung. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlr. Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben wie Steine geschlafen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen =)

Einfach mal raus und Rad fahren an der Ruhr entlang
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock (Dachgeschoss) eines Hauses am äußersten Stadtrand von Mülheim. Obwohl die A40 gleich hinter dem Garten ist, hört man bei geschlossenem Fenster gar nichts; auch die in der Nähe verlaufende Bahnlinie hört man nicht. Das vordere Fenster kann geöffnet bleiben. Per Rad geht es entweder nach Duisburg zur Mündung in den Rhein oder durchs Zentrum und dann direkt an der Ruhr entlang bis zum Baldeneysee (24 km). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 1-2 km entfernt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Ceranfeld, Kaffeemaschine, wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, diversen Töpfen und pfannen, sogar Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer sind vorhanden. Nur einen Geschirrspüler gibt es nicht, das war aber vorher bekannt. Das Bad ist klein, aber ausreichend, mit Dusche. Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich, mit Decken und Kissen kann man es sich auf Sofa oder Sesseln kuschelig machen. Alle Möbel sind aus Massivholz. Ein weiterer Schlafraum mit 2 Einzelbetten und großem TV ist vorhanden. Das WLAN wurde vom Vermieter sofort optimiert, nachdem ich die geringe Leistung moniert hatte. Mein Fahrrad konnte ich in einem abschließbaren Schuppen unterstellen. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schöne, gut gelegene FeWo mit sehr netten Vermietern
Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, da man von hier aus eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung hat. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir können Sie vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen und würden diese jeder Zeit wieder buchen.
