Zeer ruime villa
De villa is ontzettend mooi en fijn. De zwembad was heerlijk en het uitzicht is top. Met de auto is alles binnen 15/20 min te bereiken. Dit was voor ons prima te doen.

Superbe villa
Nous avons adorés séjourner dans cette magnifique villa. Elle est très bien agencée, et une déco superbe . La piscine est très agréable ainsi que le jardin . Literie de très bonne qualité . Proche de toute commodité sans être en plein centre ville (la voiture est cependant indispensable). Quartier résidentiel très calme . Il faudrait juste amélioré le ménage qui était fait un peu légèrement à notre goût. Nous recommandons vivement et gardons précieusement cette adresse

Es gibt ein großes "Aber"
Das Ferienhaus ist in einem super Zustand, Klimaanlagen, Pool, Ausstattung etc. sind hervorragend!! ABER: dass kein Toilettenpapier- nicht einmal das benutzte - in der Toilette weggespült werden durfte und statt dessen in einem Müllbeutel gesammelt werden musste, ist gelinde gesagt widerlich und sollte nicht der Anspruch solch eines Hauses sein. Außerdem war an manchen Tagen die nahe, in ca. 1000m Luftlinie, vorbei laufende Autobahn mehr als deutlich zu hören.

Ein tolles Haus, alles sehr gepflegt. Ausstattung ist gut, der Pool ist gut. Alles sehr sauber, und die Dame die die Übergabe gemacht hat war auch sehr gut. Sie spricht auch sehr gut Englisch. Ein paar kleine Mängel hatten wir aber schon. Wahrscheinlich der Tatsache geschuldet das alles wohl recht neu ist. Von den 8 Betten war eines nicht zu benutzen, da nicht richtig zusammen gebaut. Aber wir brauchten zum Glück nur 7 Betten. Die Esszimmerstühle und der Terrassentisch sowie die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren falsch zusammen gebaut. Was wir beheben konnten, haben wir gemacht (Wir sind halt Handwerker). Das größte Manko ist, das hier anscheinend ein Sifon unbekannt ist. Dadurch das diese nicht verbaut sind, kommt es häufiger zu Geruchsbelästigungen. Schön wäre noch gewesen wenn wir gewusst hätten wann der Gärtner und die Pool-Reinigung kommt. So standen halt auf einmal fremde Leute im Garten. Der Platz vor den Garagen könnte etwas größer sein. Wir waren mit einem Sprinter da, und das Wenden war dann doch immer aufwendig. Aber Alles in Allem ist das Jammern auf hohem Niveau, das Haus ist wirklich toll. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, und würden dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall auch nochmal buchen.
