Pros: I stayed in this villa for 5 days with 9 friends and we all enjoyed this house a lot. The garden is wonderful, the kitchen is well equipped and big, and, of course, the swimming pool is fantastic. The beach is only 5 minutes away so that was great, and Marbella is only 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we liked how comfortable and nice the villa was, and also how peaceful the area where it's located is. I 100% would recommend staying here!

Pros: Die Villa war bei Ankunf sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter waren immer sehr bemĆ¼ht und freundlich, sowie die ansƤssigen Verwalter. Die Ausstattung war im Aussenbereich sowie im Wohnzimmer und der KĆ¼che sehr komfortabel. Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend ausgestattet und teilweise mit Klimaanlage. Das Haus liegt in einem gepflegten viertel, nur leider war der Strand direkt vor dem Haus aus Steinen, welche aber nach ca 100 Meter verschwanden und sich ein schƶner Sandstrand offenbarte. Ich wĆ¼rde die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Pros: We have just got home after a fabulous week in this villa. There were 8 adults the men playing golf and the ladies doing a lot of relaxing. The villa met up to and exceeded our expectations. The outdoor space is fabulous, places to relax and make the most of the beautiful weather. The indoor space was huge and had more than enough crockery for us all. I would howevet recommend a kettle as boiling pans was a bit of a pain for us tea drinkers. Also, i would suggest a few more cleaning items like cloths as we liked to clean up every day. They, are only little points though. There were so many positives to list. The location was brilliant, peaceful and within walking distance to the beach and fantastic beach bars (2minutes). We walked miles along the beach and stopped at some lovely beach cafes. Sofie, the owner was extremely helpful and answered any of our queries. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Good villa and location, in need of investment to upgrade.
Pros: Good holiday, easy reach of beach, good pool and nearby bars. Cons: Facilities need to be improved. Unable to use the dishwasher because the drains weren't functioning properly. No plugs for the sinks. Iron not working. No proper toaster. Net for the pool in terrible condition, taped up and only just usable. Pots and crockery chipped and would have been put in the bin at home. Glassware range not great, no red wine glasses, no gin and tonic glasses. Baby cot damaged. Safe not working. No tea cloths for drying the pots. These were all reported and the service from the property manager/agent unacceptable. We had to stay at the villa for locksmith to attend and for the cleaners to undertake mid stay clean.

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, und der Garten des Hauses ist ein perfekter Ort um sich auszuruhen. Das Restaurant Simbad, ist eine Gehminute vom Haus entfernt und sehr empfehlenswert! Es lohnt sich aufjedenfall den Urlaub dort zu verbringen, und die StƤdte Marbella und Fuengirola sollte man auch gesehen haben.
