Beautiful views
Views from.property are great but being a little high meant it's not accessible to shops etc. We had to use taxis whenever we wanted to go to the supermarket etc. No local managing agent so no one to ask or show how things worked or report if it didnt work, as owner lives abroad. Local agent only arranges to give/take the keys. Villa is nice but needs some TLC due to wear and tear

There was no complete check in and house information given. Beautiful panoramic views but house and contents need attention. Location is high from main roads and car is probably required. Had to get taxis each time we wanted to go to the local shops No managing agent, just turnaround cleaners and agent to give keys, so no one to ask any questions

Pros: Deze prachtige vakantievilla overtrof onze verwachtingen. Het huis is als nieuw en heeft een prachtige woonkamer, keuken en buitenterras. De slaapkamers en het sanitair zijn geweldig. Wat een mooi uitzicht ook. We zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen aan het zwembad. Voor de derde week van oktober hadden we heerlijk weer: elke dag stralende zon en 25 tot 29 graden. We hebben dus lekker een week buiten geleefd. De streek heeft niet zoveel "higlights", maar we hebben ons prima vermaakt met een marktje, een stadje en er waren meer dan genoeg prima restaurants in de omgeving. Een dagje Valencia is zeker een aanrader. Een plek om terug te komen.

Pros: We had a really nice stay in this amazing villa. The outdoor area with the pool, sunbeds, lounge furniture, dining area and the view over Moraira and the sea are fantastic. It's a great, modern house with good bedrooms and a spacious kitchen in open connection to the outdoor area. Easy to walk down to Moraira, and easy access by car to supermarkets. The owner is really nice and the communication was great. We can surely recommend this house.

Pros: Schitterende villa, goede kamers met eigen badkamers en goed goedwerkende douche, mooie buitenkeuken met heerlijk terras en fraai uitzicht over Moraira. Nadelen: weinig parkeerruimte voor auto’s op eigen terrein, trap naar boven (38 treden) is zwaar werken met bagage en boodschappen. Slecht toegankelijk voor minder valide en ouderen. Terrasomheining is onveilig voor kleine kinderen. Na een zware regenval hebben we een weekend zonder licht gezeten op het terras, keuken en woonkamer. Kon niet eerder dan op maandagmorgen worden opgelost.

Pros: Het moderne huis ligt halverwege een heuvel waardoor het uitzicht geweldig is. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij vonden alleen de bedden aan de harde kant maar verder was alles fantastisch! Het zandstrand ligt op 10 min. met de auto. Hoogzomer lag dit strand wel erg vol waardoor wij toch het liefste aan ons eigen zwembad lagen. Het plaatsje Moraira heeft gezellige restaurantjes en winkeltjes aan een gezellige boulevard!

Pros: Reeds 3 x villa gehuurd . Werkelijk fantastisch gelegen op amper 1 u van luchthaven Alicante en 1.15 u van Valencia. Adembenemend zicht vanop terras of vanuit infinitypool op de baai van Moraira(villa ligt op heuvel). Zon van 's morgens tot 's avonds op het terras . Lekker chillen op de comfortabele ligzetels en op tijd een frisse duik in het zwembad. Rustige buurt ,ondanks meerdere villa's in omgeving. Afstand tot Moraira centrum en strand: 2 km (best met auto of fiets voor de sportievelingen) Supermarkt, bakker, wijnhandel, ... op korte afstand(< 5 min) Perfecte uitvalsbasis om ook het binnenland van Spanje te verkennen. Moraira is een leuke,niet te drukke badplaats, met lekkere restaurants(Chamizo,Miramar19(geweldige tapas,....) en bars,mooie jachthaven,shopping en sportfaciliteiten ( tennis, padel,fietsenverhuur( ook electrische), golf,zeevissen ,wandelingen ....) Een aanrader : sundowner met een heerlijk glas rosé in het nabijgelegen El Portet De villa zelf is volledig uitgerust met 5 ruime kamers en 5 badkamers. Goed uitgeruste keuken en buitenkeuken met gas BBQ,tepanyaki en wok . Er zijn 2 salons binnen ( één met TV) eetkamer , apart toilet . We hebben nog nooit binnen moeten eten . Op terras :lekker aperitieven in de lounchzetels en daarna een heerlijke BBQ aan de grote tafel onder een overdekt terras. Alles is ruimschoots aanwezig voor 10 personen en perfect onderhouden.. Wij hebben reeds geboekt voor 2018.

Pros: It was a very nice holiday. The house was very clean and I liked that every room had his own bahtroom. Amazing view at the swimming pool and wonderfull sundowner when eating dinner outside. There are in the area so much things to do, so we definetely come back next year. ps: The book with all the tips for restaurants and activities was very helpfull!
