Everything was just as advertised. Florian was a super host. Very clean and well equipped flat on a quiet street but still only steps to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Family friendly apartment
Great location with all essentiall amenities. The internet was fast enough to stream shows on multiple devices, the furniture is comfortable and having a working washer and dryer was very helpful. There is plenty of food options within walking distance most notably the fassla brewery which is a only a short walk out of your front door. We would recommend this space for any family, we would stay here again.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft
Die Lage der FeWo hat uns gut gefallen. Man war in ein paar Gehminuten in der Altstadt. Sehr gut fanden wir die Parkmöglichkeit im Hof. In der Straße wäre dazu keine Möglichkeit gewesen, da dort viele Anwohner parken. Schräg gegenüber der FeWo ist eine Brauerei, die früh morgens mit dem Verladen der Bierkästen beginnt. Dies ist jedoch nur bei geöffnetem Fenster zu hören. Ansonsten bekommt man bei geschlossenen Fenster davon nicht viel mit.Die FeWo ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Gut war die separate Toilette. Da gibt es dann früh kein Gedrängel.Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der extra nochmal gekommen ist, um die Handhabung mit den Fernsehprogrammen zu erklären. Ein Hinweis dazu in der Hausmappe wäre gut. Dann muss man nicht so viel rum probieren.Mehrere Gaststätten sind in kurzer Entfernung vorhanden.Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Besser geht es nicht.
Die Einrichtung super. Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner Geschirrspüler alles vorhanden, Kühlschrank sowieso und Fernseher auch. Fußbodenheizung haben wir nicht mal zuhause. Abends / Nacht sehr ruhig. auch wenn ich lange nachdenke finde ich keinen Grund zum meckern. und die zwei Toiletten sind ein ganz großes Plus.Danke, gerne wieder.

Großzügige Wohnung und ideale Lage
Die hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung bietet viel Platz. Sie liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse und hat eine ideale Lage, um in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Der Stellplatz fürs Auto ist Gold wert. Und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hervorragend. Insgesamt eine top Location, die für einen Bamberg-Besuch ideal ist!

Schwelgen in Erinnerungen
Unser Aufenthalt war vom ersten Tag an hervorragend mit bleibenden Erinnerungen. Die Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und konnten unseren Aufenthalt voll genießen. Nebenbei konnten wir Gedanken an alte Wirkungsstätten aus unserer Studentenzeit in Bamberg aus den 70ern wiederbeleben. Ein rundum erholsamer Kurzurlaub. Vielen Dank dem Vermieter für den unkomplizierten Buchungsablauf. Viele Grüße

Eintauchen in die Geschichte
Unsere Altersgruppe ist 80+. Und für uns war Florians Wohnung die beste Wahl. Das alte Haus liegt ein paar hundert Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt und noch näher an der Innenstadt, wo alle unsere Ausflüge rund um die schöne Stadt Bamberg begannen. Der Hausbesitzer fragte im Voraus, welche Betten er für unsere Familie vorbereiten sollte, und am Tag der Ankunft war alles fertig. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Zimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, in dem sich ein moderner Fernseher befindet, den wir nie eingeschaltet haben. Aber wir haben es genossen, die kleine Hausbibliothek zu nutzen, die unter anderem Bücher und Reiseführer für Bamberg für jeden Geschmack enthält. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum monatelangen Leben braucht, wir haben uns aber nur 3 Tage darin aufgehalten. Zum Haus gehört unter anderem ein Privatparkplatz und ein gemütlicher Innenhof, wo man abends rauchen und das berühmte Bamberger Rauchbier trinken kann. Die Lage der Wohnung war uns wichtig, da das Treppensteigen nicht einfach ist. Diese Wohnung kann problemlos als barrierefrei betrachtet werden.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und die Umgebung ansprechend. Dennoch ist man in wenigen Gehminuten in der Fußgängerzone.
