Study/Bedroom 4 with Twin beds and door leading to the pool area Open plan living area with 42' plasma screen smart T.V. Beautifully fitted and well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine with dining table. Stairs to Superb galleried landing with PS2 and a good selection of books ideal for chilling out with doors leading to the upstairs balcony with stunning views across to Burgau and the sea beyond. Outside terraced area with sun loungers and dining table. Swimming pool, which can be heated in cooler months. Shaded carport and wonderfully landscaped gardens with lawned areas. The Villa is within 15 minutes of 2 of the Algarve’s most renowned golf courses.


Golf: There are 4 of the Algarve's most renowned Golf courses within a 15 Minute drive Espiche, San Antonio , Palmares and Boavista.

Tennis: There are 4 beautiful Tennis courts situated at Almaverde a fee is applicable and equipment is available to hire. Booking to made at the Reception Building.
Bikes are also available for hire at the Reception Building.

Lovely villa!
We stayed for two weeks in June. The villa is really clean and comfortable, with a beautiful outside area and pool. Lots of shade, as well as sunny areas to sit. Good communication with host and it’s a quiet area, which was great for us. Recommend a car to explore the region!

Nice and quiet house in the West of the Algarve
We enjoyed out stay in the house. Nice pool and garden. Well equipped kitchen. We had some problems with smell and water first day, because the house was apparently not used some weeks - but the agent solved this very quick! Otherwise the house is highly recommended.

Just perfect!!! Villa had everything you could need, pool was great and a lovely addition to the sea and beach only 5/10 minutes away. So much space and great for a big family! Definitely go back again !!!

We had an excellent holiday. The property is absolutely fantastic, and is located in a beautiful area. It has a great sized pool which is very private. The facilities had everything we could possibly need and towns with good options for drinks and food were not far away when we wanted an evening out. Great stay, would definitely revisit. Finally the owner was very helpful and accommodating with queries & requests so BIG THANKS.

Lovely villa. Superb week away. Clean, tidy and great facilities to cook, relax and enjoy the pool. Hot water for shower/bath hit and miss but only negative point. Would certainly use again and recommend to other guests searching. We are a family of 4, plenty of room and huge sofa with large tv. Positive experience from us thank you.

Fabulous stay
We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa was a good size and very well equipped. The gardens are well maintained and the pool is really good. The views to the countryside are super. The location is peaceful and yet you are so close to so many restaurants, golf courses and beaches. There’s loads to do nearby. The check in and check out process could not have been better . We would highly recommend the villa and are already working out when we can go back.

Beautiful and relaxing!
My 1st time travelling in Algrave area. The villa was beautiful and the very nice size pool! Perfect as I had 3 young children! They lived every minute of it! We were the centre of all the attractions. I would highly recommend hiring a car so you can explore all the local areas! Lagos is 15-20mins drive and it is great for night life and so many choices for food! Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa
Stunning villa with a great pool the pool heat was amazing and meant late night and early morning swims where enjoyed. The furniture was all very comfortable and the change of towels and sheets after a week was a lovely touch. Note their are no beach towels so remember to bring your own. The check in process once we landed was one of the smoothest we have had and Lauren was so friendly and met us at the villa to show us round. Only two tiny niggles one was that it's not air con as listed it's a air cooling system. It was okay overall and we didn't miss air con I felt it made it easier to adjust to temps but we did have two nights it was not powerful enough and just a little to hot could have done with some fans in the room it would have solved this. Secondly all the local restaurants in Burgau and a few other nearby spots all needed pre booking. The beach bar at Burgau was fully booked for the whole time we where there. Slightly annoying as we much prefer just going with the flow on holiday and never had this before. This obviously was in no way the villas fault and we would 100% return again it was beautiful just maybe pre book some restaurants before we go.

We were completely fascinated by the great location of the house. Everything was in the right place, exactly as described on the site. We felt extremely comfortable there. The pool has a very pleasant size, was clean and like the whole property very well maintained. A pleasure to get up in the morning and jump directly into the pool. The gardeners and pool service came by once and were very friendly and polite. We will gladly come again, possibly next year. The only criticism would be that there should be more dish towels for drying, the one was not enough.

Our first trip to the Algarve
We had a wonderful stay in Almaverde. The villa was well-equipped, comfortable and clean, the kitchen allowed us to do plenty of self catering and the area is wonderful to explore for its beaches, surfing and scenery. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a pool for when we didn’t want to drive to the coast and a BBQ to prepare local produce. The resort is located within easy reach of excellent supermarkets and the local village of Bergau and Lagos you want to go out to eat. We would recommend and hopefully will go back soon. The only thing that could be improved would be black-out curtains in all of the bedrooms (the children woke up very early) and ceiling fans to increase airflow when it is particularly warm. Thank you once again to our host.

Fabulous villa in a superb location. We had a lovely time visiting local beaches which are spotless and great for small children. Lovely restaurants nearby. The villa managers were on hand with any questions we had and were incredibly quick to sort some minor issues we had on arrival. Would highly recommend and we will visit again! Thank you..

Almost perfect
The house is superb, well equiped, the garden is wonderfull and the pool is very good, but you have to wake up when the sun rises. In the bedrooms there are no blinds in the windows and the curtains let pass all the light. And the barbecue needs to be replaced, its almost just rust... We liked a lot!

Great villa
Excellent villa with great facilities with only one slight disappointment that there was no DVD player for the main tv so all the family unable to watch together. But the tv channels were excellent and varied with sky etc. Netflix and Amazon prime were available if you have account which we don’t. The pool and facilities were the best we have had over past 4 years. The cleaning and change of towels and bedding end of first week was a great welcome surprise.
