Awesome week in beautifull villa
The villa is very nice and has everything you can wish for. The view from the villa is amazing and in that house you are really the last house on that road. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi and watching down to the ocean. It is quite far away from the next supermarket in Labin and the road to the house is tight and curvy. But after knowing that we just bought food for more then a day. And if you driving somewhere (like Pula or Rijeka) you are coming past the supermarkets anyway.

Incredible view, lovely host
Very modern and clean property with an incredible view over the sea. Well equipped kitchen with a lot of pots, dishes and cutlery. Very friendly host who supplied us with a cheese and meat platter with bread and wine as well as grappa in the fridge as welcome meal. Drive to the property from Labin takes about 20 minutes on narrow streets, so make a proper shopping list and bring everything important on arrival. Ideas for improvement: Some more towels (just two per person aren`t enough with pool, jacuzzi and sauna) A vacuum cleaner would be great to keep the house clean during the stay. The house is well suited for 8 adults, 10 works only with children sleeping in their parents room.

Tolles Haus mit atemberaubendem Blick
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ripenda Kosi. Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und zur Küste ausgerichtet, sodass man von der Terrasse bzw. vom Pool, aber auch von den Zimmern einen sensationellen Blick aufs Meer hat. Dies gilt auch für die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Bad, die schön und sauber waren. Billard-Tisch, Tischtennis-Platte, Fitness-Geräte und Sauna runden das Ganze dann noch ab. Besonders toll ist auch der separate Essbereich. Hier gibt es auch einen Gasgrill, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Wir waren insgesamt mit 10 Personen da. Der Essbereich und auch das Wohnzimmer bieten dafür genügend Platz, es gibt aber nur 4 Schlafzimmer. Die angegebenen 10 Schlafplätze schließen das (sicherlich dafür gut geeignete) Sofa mit ein. Das kam für uns aber nicht in Frage. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit (spricht gut Deutsch). Er hat uns Zustellbetten in zwei der Zimmer stellen lassen. Diese Lösung ist aber nur mit Kindern denkbar. Das Haus ist über zwei Wege erreichbar. Hier sollte der längere (ca. 20 Min.) asphaltierte Weg gewählt werden. Das Navi hat uns leider über den zweiten unbefestigten kürzeren Weg geführt. Dieser ist sehr steil, sandig bis steinig. Uns ist hier der Reifen geplatzt. Der Hausbesitzer war aber auch hier sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit, haben v.a. den Pool ausgiebig genutzt (hier wären zwei Sonnenschirme mehr ganz toll). Und die großen Grashüpfer haben wir auch lieb gewonnen. :-)

Sehr schönes Haus und wahnsinnig toller Ausblick
War alles in allem sehr schön, die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einmalig. Der Weg zum Haus ist nicht ganz einfach zum hoch fahren, aber die Aussicht entschädigt dafür. Toller Gastgeber und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen.

Es gab viele positive Aspekte des Ferienhauses, die unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht haben. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön und die Größe und Einrichtung des Hauses waren zufriedenstellend. Wir fanden das Haus insgesamt gemütlich und angenehm. Jedoch gab es auch ein Problem mit der Sicherung. Diese flog häufig heraus, was uns einiges an Unannehmlichkeiten bereitete. Wir denken, dass dies ein Problem mit der Elektrik des Hauses war und hoffen, dass dies in Zukunft behoben wird. Bilo je mnogo pozitivnih aspekata kuće za odmor koji su naš boravak učinili ugodnim. Lokacija kuće bila je vrlo lijepa, a veličina i namještaj kuće su bili zadovoljavajući. Smatramo da je kuća bila ugodna i ugodna za boravak. Ipak, postojao je i problem s osiguračem. Često je iskakao, što nam je stvaralo neugodnosti. Mislimo da je to bilo problem s električnom instalacijom kuće i nadamo se da će se to u budućnosti riješiti.

Traumhafte Villa mit unfassbarem Meeblick
Wir hatten im April eine extrem schönes Zeit in dieser Villa. Planung, Check-in, Check-out war alles sehr unkompliziert und hat bestens funktioniert. Der Vermieter war immer sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Villa selbst war sehr sauber, hatte tolle Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern und viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu beschäftigen oder zu relaxen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster oder vom Balkon in der Früh waren einfach traumhaft und der höhepunkt ist Absolut der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse von dem man das Meer noch viel schöner bei einem Bier oder Cocktail genießen kann. Der Whirlpool war genial, konnte temparaturmäßig eingestellt werden und wir waren auch zu sechst drin. Oben gibt es auch eine Sauna und ein paar Fitnessgeräte. Der Weg zum Meer runter war dann doch länger, als wir dachten und eher eine 1-1.5h Wanderung, aber auch sehr schön. Alles zusammen können wir die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
