On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Benidorm, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Finestrat, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 20 m, depth 50 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.).
