Geweldig!

Het huis is erg mooi en groot! Het was schoon en heel compleet. In de tuin kwam zelfs een hert! Het huis ligt op een rustige plek in het bos aan een onverharde weg. De omgeving is erg mooi.

sehr schönes Objekt

sehr gute und ruhige Lage, direkt am Wald Wir waren noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Ferienhaus - sofortige Wohlfühlatmosphäre Und wir durften mit Hunden und sogar Kaninchen kommen - vielen Dank dafür!

Ruhig gelegenes Erholungsziel

Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung ausserhalb der geschlossenen Ortschaft. Alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr in ausreichender Menge und guter Qualität vorhanden. Direkt vom Haus ab kann man loslaufen ohne das Auto benutzen zu müssen. Unser Hund und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundherum wohl gefühlt.

verwunschene Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr verwunschen in einer kleinen Siedlung im Wald, wir glaubten kaum, dass wir richtig waren. Ohne nochmal zurück auf die große Straße zu müssen, kann man über verschiedene Wege tiefer in den Wald spazieren gehen. Tolle Kiefern, viele Johannisbeeren - eine sehr schöne Vegetation erwartet einen. Auch Ausflugsziele mit dem Auto bietet die Gegend rund um den Teuteburger Wald genug. Das Haus selbst bot alles, was wir brauchten und war gut eingerichtet. Lediglich im Keller wollten wir doch nicht schlafen, da er etwas feucht wirkte. Wir waren nur zu zweit + Hund und konnten es uns im gesamten Haus sehr gemütlich einrichten. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Unser Junghund wurde allerdings ziemlich wild: Sandiger Untergrund, jede Menge Eichhörnchen und immer mal wieder ein Reh auf dem Grundstück. Vermutlich von der Renovierung lagen auch noch einige Baustoffe verteilt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Es ist halt kein Ziergarten ;-) Wir würden wieder kommen!

Schönes alleinstehendes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt umgeben von viel Natur etwas abgeschieden, aber trotzdem ist alles mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Es ist frisch renoviert, in einem top Zustand und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön und ruhig. Also selbst wenn man das Grundstück nicht verlassen kann/möchte bieten Haus und Garten ein Platz der Erholung und Ruhe. Natürlich sollte man damit rechnen, wenn man ein Haus in Waldlage bewohnt, dass ein Tier durchaus mal über das Grundstück schlendern kann oder, dass es eben auch ein paar mehr Insekten gibt als in einer Stadtwohnung. Schön war auch, dass wir unsere Katze mitnehmen durften, die das Haus und den Garten auch sehr zu genießen schien. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war top. Auf Fragen wurde geantwortet und wir haben sogar am Anfang eine kleine "Führung" durch das Haus bekommen. Das Ferienhaus Bielefeld ist ein schönes, modernes, alleinstehendes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort!
