Pros: Excellent accueil du gardien valdir et une gentille intention de la propriétaire a notre arrivée. Appartement spacieux, vue magnifique, superbe terrasse, le tout bien situé a mi chemin entre barcelone et tarragone qui sont absolument a visiter. L'appartement est très propre et la formule complète. Seul hic, une voie de chemin de fer passant a l'arrière de la résidence étonnamment non indiquée par l'ensemble des locataires ayant déposés un commentaire. Résidence un peu bruyante a mon goût. Voisin du dessus debout tous les matins a 6h faisant trainer des chaises sur le sol et voisine du côté en soirée jusqu'à 2h du matin.... Hormis le bruit, tout etait parfait.

Pros: L'appartement est conforme à la description : une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle ! une résidence calme côté mer ; une plage de chaque côté à 300m ( une nudiste à droite et une textile à gauche) ; possibilité d'aller à pieds au port et à la grande plage de Villanova, en comptant 15 min de marche. La piscine privée, construite dans les rochers est agréable pour les petits comme les grands. La prestation de l'appart est top : grand séjour, grande terrasse, cuisine équipée, machine à laver, un ventilateur (très important!), il manque juste un lave vaisselle et un micro ondes. Le propriétaire était charmant, et disponible. Bref, nous recommandons fortement cette adresse et c'est avec plaisir que nous pourrions y revenir !

Pros: C'est un endroit magnifique. L'appartement est très bien, grand, sécuritaire, beau. La terrasse est simplement incroyable. La vue splendide, il y a deux plages proches (5 minutes à pied) et une belle piscine devant la maison. La plage vers Vilanova est plus belle (une petite partie nudiste). L'autre est bien aussi (mélange de nudiste et habillé). Vilanova est une petite ville correcte, on a aussi visité Sitges (bien), Vilafranca (notre préféré) et Taragona (très bien). Falk, le propriétaire, a bien répondu à nos questions (rapidement) et Valdir (la personne qui nous a accueillis) est très gentille et disponible. Même s’il parle juste l’espagnol, on n’a pas eu de problème à nous comprendre. Bref, un endroit de rêve qui nous a permis de passer d’excellentes vacances.

Pros: Eenvoudige nette vakantiewoning in een mooie omgeving. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig! Met de trein binnen 3 kwartier in het centrum van Barcelona. Het stadje zelf, Vilanova i la Geltru, is in een paar minuten te bereiken met de auto. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, voor de avonden veel dvd gekeken op de laptop. Een tv en internetverbinding zou wat ons betreft nog een mooie aanvulling zijn.

Tre dagars sanering/renovering av avloppssystem under huset.... katastrof! Om ingen renovering varit i närheten vore detta en toppen lägenhet... men dessa två veckor var absolut inte vad vi väntat oss. Vi åkte hit för att slippa olägenheten av ett stambyte av vårt hus i Sverige! Borde ha blivit informerade om vad som var på gång runt denna lägenhet som vi hyrde.

Pros: Es war ein perfektes Appartement. Die Terrasse ist einfach spitzenmaessig. Und vorallem der Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Appartement ist wirklich super ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht, um sich in einem Urlaub wohl zufuehlen. Es sind nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zum Strand. In die Stadt ohne Auto ein bisschen mehr, aber ein Spaziergang an der Standpromenade macht auch viel spaß und abend ist das ein schöner Ausklang. Und es gibt ja auch einen Bus, zu dem man auch nicht länger als 10-15 Minuten (je nach Tempo) benötigt. Ist dann halt nur fuer die Einkaeufe ein bisschen aufwendiger. In der Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuss) ist ein Campingplatz, wo man auch Wasser kaufen kann. 4 Restaurants sind auch sehr bequem zu erreichen (1 in 1-2 Minuten, 2 in max. 5 Minuten, 1 in 10 Minuten-direkt am Strand). Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!!!

Pros: Der Aufenthalt in Vilanova i la Geltru war der zweite Teil unseres Urlaubs und wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können! Das Apartment ist ein Traum und noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Der Balkon ist schön groß, so dass neben einem Tisch mit 4 Stühlen auch noch problemlos zwei Liegestühle und ein Wäscheständer draufpassen :-) Leider sind wir ohne (Miet-)Auto gereist, so daß wir bis zum nächsten Supermarkt leider gute 45 Minuten laufen mußten. Dafür war der Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar; wunderschön und reiner Sandstrand - einfach toll!
