La Matanza - Tower apartment near the coast with shared pool & patio

La Matanza is located in the north of Tenerife and yet and yet far away from tourism. This resort includes several accommodations on a property of approximately 10000 m², which almost exclusively is covered with plants and palm trees: a villa, a family chalet and a tower house with several apartments. The view that you have from the property is particularly beautiful because you see the Teide and you have a great view of the north coast of Tenerife. The shared pool is located right in the middle of this beautiful resort. If you are tempted by the hustle and bustle of tourism Puerto de la Cruz is just 15 minutes away by car.As the tower apartment has 3 bedrooms and a living space of approx. 130 m², there is sufficient accommodation for 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the third has two single beds. There are two bathrooms so you won't have any long waiting times. In case eight guests travel, then the new bedroom in the annex offers an additional double bed. The bedroom is accessible from the terrace allowing large groups to be accommodated.

Kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook everything you like. Crockery and cutlery are also available.

The view from the terrace offers you a stunning view of the north coast of Tenerife as well as the opportunity to enjoy a BBQ.

Recently there is an extension to the tower house. From the terrace this extension is accessible. Here you find another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. This beautiful holiday home is now inhabitable for 8 people. The annex is only rented with a total of 7 guests or more.
