A little more than a couple of kilometres away is the centre of Parzanica, with its typical historic village, the Romanesque church of the Holy Trinity and the hamlet of Acquaiolo with several rustic-style dwellings; a 5-minute drive in the direction of the lake is Tavernola Bergamasca, overlooking the water and with a charming historic centre with all amenities.

Just under an hour from Milan, Brescia and Bergamo, Tavernola Bergamasca stands out for its enchanting lakeside promenade characterised by narrow streets and medieval settings, above all the Fenaroli Tower that dominates the village. Opposite is Montisola, on either side the road runs along the lake shore for several kilometres, making the area, especially in the stretch towards the south, an oasis surrounded by water; heading north towards Lovere, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is impossible to resist the charm of the Bogn gorge, with its natural arches. A short distance away are the wine cellars of Franciacorta, the slopes of Colere, Montecampione and Monte Pora for walking and skiing, the Presolana massif for high-altitude hiking, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock engravings, and Boario for thermal baths.
