Great house, pool and place.

Family with kids at 12, 14 and 15 had a great holiday in july. Came to the house in the night and found keys as agreed. A little AC leak was quickly taken care of with the local man - John - after a sms. You got all you need in the house. We really loved the posibility to use summerduvet. The outdoor kitchen with barbeque is great. The pool is very private. The one neighbour (who lives there) can look if they really want and stands in a special place, but they never did! The other neighbour is also there on vacation and can not look. The different place to sit outside is really lovely. A roof of grapes is very nice! The speed of the wifi is not as we are used to in Norway. It is 0.5 kbit/sec. This is not much for a family with 3 kids in 2018 where the mobilphones are heavily used :) But it was not a big problem. We used our 4G. All communication with the owner was ok. We used e-mail and I translated his german mail with google translate. Thanks a lot for a great house and a great holiday! Br Arvid G.

Wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren eine Woche hier und wollten garnicht mehr gehen. Die Villa ist zusammen mit dem großen Pool ein Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto die schöne Hafenstadt Denia und das La Marina (Shoppingcenter) ohne Probleme.

Ferien in Denia

Wir haben uns Denia nicht so schön vorgestellt und wurden sehr überrascht. Unsere Wohnung war Ideal für unsere Vorhaben, Strand Stadt und Berge alles gut und schnell erreichbar. Strand soweit das Auge reicht, Denia alles was man sich wünscht, Tapas kleine Läden und der Montagsmarkt, Berge man hat ein wunderschönes Panorama vom aus aus sehr schön zu sehen und man ist in einer viertel Stunde auf Wanderwegen durch das Hinterland. Wir kommem bestimmt wieder, wir haben noch lange nicht alles gesehen. Vielen Dank auch an unsere Gastgeber, weiter so

Familienurlaub

Wir waren jetzt schon zum dritten mal da, mit unseren Kindern 3 und 5 Jahre. Auch im Frühjahr ideal. Es war zwar nicht ganz so warm wie im Juni letzten Jahres aber durch die Heizung gut zu bewohnen. Garten, Terrasse und Ambiente schön auch für die Kinder die wir frei laufen lassen können und so auch wir zu etwas Ruhe kommen konnten. Auch die Umgebung die wir zwar schon kennen bietet aber immer noch neues. Der Vermieter hat nun auch unsere Bitte aus dem letzten Jahr aufgenommen und eine Spülmaschiene eingerichtet. Die Vermieter Elke und Anton waren dieses mal auch da. Sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit, auch wenn es um Tipps für geht was wir tun können aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben deren Anwesenheit faßt nicht wahrgenommen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort aufgenommen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermißt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wohl in den Ferien fahren müßen, wir hoffen wir bekommen da noch ein bis zwei Wochen. Wir wünschen den Beiden noch viele Buchungen, wir können es nur empfehlen. Das Internet im Haus haben wir gleich für die Bewertung genutzt.

Urlaub und Erholung pur

Das Ferienhaus war top in Ordnung und sauber. Die Ausstattung hat den Angaben entsprochen. Der Vermieter, Familie K., war vor Ort und hat uns wertvolle Tipps bezüglich der Ausflugsmöglichkeiten etc. gegeben. Sowohl Haus als auch die Umgebung haben all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Aufgrund der bei Fewo-Direkt angegebenen Karte sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass sich das Haus direkt in Denia befindet. Um so schöner war es für uns, dass wir aber etwas außerhalb zwischen Denia und La Xara unterkamen. Wer wie wir im Urlaub Ruhe und Erholung dem Massentourismus und Trubel vorzieht, ist hier genau richtig. Da auch noch das Wetter mitspielte, war dieser Urlaub perfekt und so erholsam, wie selten ein Urlaub zuvor. Nochmals recht herzlichen Dank an unsere netten Vermieter.
