Lovely place very comfortable, no microwave but plenty of places to eat close by, the only negative for me was i needed more pillows as i suffer from vertigo

Ideal for our needs, nice complex with good pool. Great location. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Great balcony with table and sun beds. Good AC in bedroom.plenty of towels including big beach towels. There is no oven, but that did not bother us. Overall very pleased with our experience

Amazing apartment central location, wife loved the sunbeds on the balcony. Bottle of water in the fridge which we appreciated after a late flight.Apartment had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Easy communication with host. Looking forward to coming back.

Great apartment

Our first time in Costa Adeje. Although regularly stay in PDLA & Los cristianos.. We loved our stay and apartment is excellent in great location . The Owner answers quickly with queries. We would of liked a information sheet/book stating what keys are for, where bins are, WIFI codes etc. Very well equipped apartment. Only issue was there is a safe but no key, would recommend this be rectified. The apartment is clean and good quality furnishings and appliances. The complex is looked after, quiet and in good location. Would recommend and would stay again Thank you

Great apartment

Modern and spotless apartment with some welcome extras such as cleaning products/cloths bin bags etc. condiments, sugar/tea /coffee to get you started, water in fridge. English huge TV .Wonderful balcony with new sun beds which catches the sun all day with a sun shade awning. Plenty of Lovely thick towels, plenty of pots and pans. No oven or microwave. Which we didn’t miss anyway. New safe being installed. Super king size bed which was very comfortable. Plenty of storage. Wonderful complex which was clean and quiet. Nice bar on site( little pricey) plenty of sun bed’s around a lovely pool, in a fab location Minutes away from everything Great owner who cares, will definitely be back

The property was very good. It was clean. On the downside there is no oven or microwave. We generally do not use an oven but the microwave would have come in handy. Unfortunately the balcony awning does not protect one from the sun first thing in the morning which affected our usual breakfast on the balcony so we had to sit inside. The bed, however, was excellent and very comfortable. As our flight was delayed by 7 hours we were, perhaps unfairly, disappointed that there was no water and we could not find anywhere to purchase any. Finally, because we caught a debilitating bug on the third day, we were confined to barracks for the rest of the holiday and a fan or something similar in the lounge area would have been a godsend.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung

Schöne, saubere Wohnung, wurde erst kürzlich neu renoviert. Ansprechendes Mobiliar, großer Smart-TV mit deutschen Sendern. Feriengäste waren im August überwiegend Familien. Dementsprechend war es abends/nachts sehr ruhig. Von der Scotsmen Bar hat man gar nichts gehört. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert, kleiner Safe ebenfalls vorhanden. Sehr guter und netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, hat immer innerhalb kurzer Zeit geantwortet. Check In mit Schlüsselbox hat ebenfalls wunderbar geklappt. Preis-Leistung hat absolut gepasst und ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Einziges Manko: Mit Mietwagen gibt es leider Parkprobleme. Vor dem Hotel ist Ein- und Ausladen möglich. Freie Parkplätze findet man aber erst in 6 - 700 m Entfernung. Das Parkhaus in der Straße ist für Dauerparken zu teuer.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Yucca Park Anlage und auch dieses Mal hatten wir eine schöne Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und zur Strandpromenade sind es keine 5 Minuten. Kommunikation mit der Vermieter war jederzeit optimal und die Wohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt inklusive einen schönen großen Terrasse.

5 Wochen Wärme und Sonne

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmässig möbliert. Sehr grosser TV mit vielen deutschsprachigen Programmen. Die Lage zum Strand, Supermarkt und Lokalen, ist optimal. Alles in weniger als fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Ab spätestens 22:00 Uhr, wenn die Pool Bar geschlossen ist, ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig. Negativ: Der in der Wohnung vorhandenen Tresor für Wertsachen, ist schon seit längerer Zeit ausser Betrieb (siehe frühere Rezessionen). Ein weiteres Minus für uns war die an der Poollandschaft gelegene „Scotsmen Pool Bar“ (gegenüber der Wohnung). Beinahe täglich werden von Nachmittag bis in den Abend auf grossen TV´s englische Fussballspiele oder sonstige englische Sportanlässe übertragen, durch das Gegröle der Fans war es entsprechend laut.

Perfekte Tage!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber Wolfgang ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und auch die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr schön. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen, Sonne und Meer genießen. Wir kommen wieder!
