Familienurlaub mit kleinen Tücken
Wir haben drei schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ferienanlage und die hier bewertete Wohnung haben viele schöne Seiten, aber auch ein paar Nachteile, derer man sich bei einer Buchung bewusst sein sollte. Pro: sauberes, gepflegtes villenartiges Haus, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer, großer Wohn- und Essbereich, Einbauküche mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien, modernes Bad mit großer Dusche, insgesamt sauber und gepflegt. Zum Anwesen gehört ein großer und betreuter Pool, den die Kinder liebten sowie ein kleiner Privatstrand direkt am Haus. Die Lage ist zentral, aber die tatsächlichen Wege sind weiter als die angegebene Luftlinie in der Anzeige. Contra: Ein Thema können die Parkmöglichkeiten sein, denn es gibt nur eine Abstellmöglichkeit des Autos in der breiten Einfahrt der Tiefgarage, die man aber mit anderen Gästen bzw. den Mietern der Tiefgarage teilt. Es ist nicht garantiert einen Parkplatz zu finden in der Anlage. Zudem ist die Zufahrt zum Anwesen wirklich sehr eng, da man die Bahnlinie unterqueren muss. Autos größer als Golfklasse sind hier wirklich gefährdet sich Kratzer zu holen. In der Wohnung selbst muss man sich der Bahnlinie in direkter Nähe zum Haus bewusst sein. Das ist aber gut tolerierbar und nachts fahren keine Züge. Zudem fehlt ein Sofa der Wohnung, was aus den Bildern klar hervorgeht, aber doch zu bedenken ist. Die Möbel sind etwas verlebt. Zudem sind die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen und sicher nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen. Teilweise ist die Wohnung recht hellhörig. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub in einer wirklich zauberhaften Region mit atemberaubenden Kulissen.

Très bien !
Emplacement magnifique, face à la mer. Jardins très bien entretenus. Voie ferrée très proche, mais les trains ralentissent et la gêne est modique. Appartement spacieux, propre et bien fourni en vaisselle. Procédure d'arrivée à préciser : le numéro de téléphone sur la réservation n'était pas le bon.
